Convenient location for eating out and seeing a local side to Vietnam.
Room was noisy as people passed on the stair or discussed things in reception.
I will stay again here. Very fast wifi and accessible place.
Below 5-10mins to main attractions by Grab. Basic toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, slippers provided. Cheap accommodation. 3 very adorable kittens and friendly staff. Room service is available if requested. A short walk into the local neighbourhood for a glimpse into their daily lives.
This hotel seems to be family-run, and feels more Iike someone's house. I stayed in the Family Room. The walls, bedsheet, and pillows were slightly dusty, there were spiderwebs in the toilet (and a spider), no toilet roll holder, the decorative lights/night lights don't work, the toilet lock hatch does not lock properly.
The location is slightly away from district 1 attractions, but since Grab is readily available it's not a big issue.
Note that there is no lift, so this place would be more suitable for travellers that travel light.
I stay here every time I'm in the city. It's conveniently located near everything I need. The staff is very sweet and friendly.

It's not worth to pay almost 15$/night for exting facilites (No Elevator, Small old room without ventilation). So that Owner should either deeply take a renovation or reduce the price along to the real value of available rooms and facilities will be better for doing business sustainably.

The wifi wasn't strong enough for streaming or video calls
My room is small, cozy and quiet, which is nice for sleeping in. The staffs were so friendly and helped us carrying our luggages to our room. The hotel is very closed to Nguyen Thien That street food and Ho Thi Ky market.
The location was very good for us as we had to take a bus early morning closeby. The lady that welcomed us was very accommodating as we arrived 2am and left 5.30am. Thank you for that

The hotel is close to flower market Ho Thi Ky, I take a walk down there. Some street food at night. Lively city
I like this hotel because I love flowers. It was Ho Thi Ky’s flower market which I was interested in. Nearby, there was also a street food at night.
