Pet Policy:
• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate
• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended
• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals
• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.
• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas
• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management
• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room
• A daily charge of 700,000 VND is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees

A nice hotel for a new beginner to Saigon!
Pros:

I like how easy-going the place is. The breakfast selection is catering towards western palate, more than enough to start your day and explore Saigon!

Cons:

I am not comfortable (yet) with busy streets and fast moving motorbike which is the norm in Saigon. But this is more on my growing up experience; I've been living where you can just walk around with ease without worrying about vehicles zooming here and there.

Modern clean hotel
Pros:

Modern hotel with minimum of human interaction once checked in. The location is good with easy access for taxis. The best part of course is the 24 hour check out facility which is useful.

Cons:

The rooms are small and compact. Seems the idea is to sleep in room and work at the cafe or lobby. The rooms still do not have coffee or tea sachets while electric kettle is provided on demand. The breakfast is good but is repetitive. Menu mostly remains the same.

מקום מושלם !!! נהנינו מאוד להיות שם
אנחנו שומרי שבת אז כל פעם שהיינו צריכים לעלות לחדר הם ידעו שאסור לנו אז הם הזמינו לנו את המעלית ופתחו לנו את החדר כי היה אסור לנו הם ידעו את זה מראש !
זה כל כך הוריד לנו מראש מושלם !!!

Pros:

Team members was great, I had credit on my room bc I booked through a tourist website. If it was for the team honesty I wouldn't even aware about the credit.

Cons:

I have stayed at this location many times, but this time it was not to the standard expectations. Bottle of water to the up keeping of the facility.

Great stay, good location. I'd come here again
Pros:

Everything - easy check/in and out, staff were great, room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

A pool would be nice, but aside from that, it was a great stay. There was nothing I would really critique
