大致上都還是很不錯的住宿體驗，房東針對問題基本上都會即時回覆及處理
Pros:

位置很好！樓下和對面都有超商，附近也有很多餐廳，也有很多24小時的餐廳，Olivia Young、藥局、大創也在附近，買東西很方便，海雲台市場也在附近，都是走路就可以輕鬆到達的地方。

Cons:

第一天就有看到死掉的小蟑螂🪳
浴巾如果每天都要換新的，要再自己主動跟房東要，如果行李是比較大（胖胖箱），沒有像飯店的行李寄放，在最後一天回去前會比較不方便，樓下付費寄放行李的櫃子沒有很大。

온돌이 되서 정말따뜻했어요.
한국의 신축 아파트는 정말 놀랍습니다.🫶🏻🫶🏻

친구도 정말 좋은 거 쓴다는 걸 알 수 있어요. 인테리어도 주인 분이 상당히 신경 쓰는 것 같았습니다.

신축 아파트를 체험 하러 다시 올 거에요. 저희 감기가 나았습니다.

인덕션도 되고 세탁기도 되고 너무 좋았습니다. 이런 게 장점이죠. 모든 게 새거였습니다.

非常推薦大家都可以選擇這個飯店！雖然沒有大廳櫃檯，但是是飯店的地理位置設備都很好！推薦
Pros:

整體設備都很齊全！
也都很乾淨整齊！而且還有杯子、廚具這些！
重點是還有洗衣機、洗衣精等等！

l'appart est très bien équipé, agréable, bien situé.

Cons:

A notre arrivé, pas de personnel, pas d'indication pour trouver le logement. Donc pas très accueillant.
TRES Déçu par l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour la piscine au rooftop qui finalement était fermée, la piscine inutilisable depuis longtemps car l'eau était verte et 2 parasols étaient dedans. Nous n'avions pas été prévenu de ce désagrément très dommageable.

Great location - comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was great. The apartment was nothing fancy, but the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean. There was sand on the tables and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no city or beach view.

Pros:

I had a great stay in Elbon. I had an unfortunate event rendering me to have a delayed check in to the hotel. However, the staffs were great in communication and also very considerate and guided me through my stay.

The room is nice and close to the subway station. The house owner responded to the questions kindly.

Cons:

However, there are many residents but only two elevators. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator during peak hours. In addition, the luggage storage was not properly arranged in advance, so the luggages were stored in the lockers on the first floor and paid a lot of luggage storage fees.
