What an absolute shithole.

This place is disgusting. It smells like weed and stale cigarette smoke everywhere. The hallways are filthy, the room was dirty, the bathroom was gross, and the bathtub was covered in grime and so slippery it felt unsafe.

The shower didn't even work.

The worst part? I reported the problem to the front desk, and they couldn't have cared less. Zero effort, zero customer service, zero professionalism.

I've stayed in some cheap motels before, but this is by far the worst one. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

we only had one request for extra coffee and they only had decaf which to a person who wants a real coffee in the morning just doesn't cut it also with the breakfast we had to take it back to our room

It was dirty, they don't clean the rooms very well. It smelt like smoke in the hallways.

Smelled like pot, looked like part of a broken bottle behind the nightstand. Had to ask for air freshener and didn't feel it was safe to leave the room alone. Also it's been 2 days since I checked out and they still haven't refunded me my security deposit.

They said there would be free breakfast and there was not anything, the door lock was a bit difficult to put on

It wasn’t clean, stains on the bath tub, no hair blower provided. Trash below the bed. We also tried telling a staff that our room smelled smoke and ask for an air freshener, they said they have none.

We chose this place for its included breakfast...They said the kitchen had issues over night so for the next two mornings (our total stay) we spent $40 extra elsewhere on breakfast when we were trying to save money at the hotel brand we’ve learned to trust. I’ve stayed at super 8 before and never had this issue. Along with what else I’ll be listing below.
Lots of damages or scuffs in the room and the building. Didn’t feel very clean overall. No elevator and wish I knew that especially with health issues.
Some of the staff were a little stand off-ish. Not all of them but some were like that.
Room key had troubles.
Only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to bring our own and bring our own cups.
Pillows were really thick so I had to fashion my own from my own wardrobe.
Don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Room was dirty with stains on carpet, sink and bath tub. There was smoke smell for the whole night. Curtains were not helpful to dim the light for whole night. Overall my experience is bad to choose this hotel.

There was a layer of dust ontop of the fridge, which is eye level so you can’t miss it as it was the first thing you see when you open the door. There was dust/dirt, food on the backsplash of the counter, there was debris in the tub that needed the washed down. The shower curtain was a tissue paper but severed it’s purpose better then the curtains. The curtains for the patio window were easily 8” too narrow, didn’t actually cover the entire window. The only reason I dealt with it was because I was on the second floor on the backside of the building.
