Not receiving the room i booked
, not being told i was being upgraded to a room with a kitchen ( i did not want) not having my room activated when i arrived back to the hotel after i was greeted , only to have to carry all
My bags back down! And most if all the room was terribly dirty! Pee drips all over the floor and toilet the doors black with dirty spots . I dont care about the aesthetics of the hotel but i do care about the about the cleanliness!! A mattress in the hallway for 2 days ( not fire regulations) and the phone wasn’t properly working the morning i needed help with my bags ( had to call 4x)
Priced decent, good location
Cold room, dirty building/room. Loud neighbors & shady individuals coming & going. Not impressed
There was no break fast , just a brown bag with apple muffin and juice box
They staff at the front desk was rude, there was no face cloth in my room , bed linen was full of stains and I got bed bugs bite on my second so I check out, the guys at the front desk said am

Balcony was enclosed on 3 sides was comfortable sitting outside out of the wind. Mattress was quite comfy. Cheap enough
Blankets are paper thin, found a huge ball of hair in the tub drain. No microwave, damage deposit not refunded at checkout like I was originally told. Apparently they hold it for a number of days.
