Budget worthy
Pros:

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. This is a good option if you are hardly planning to stay in the room

Cons:

Room service can be better and the stairs were sort of steep and narrow but for those who can use the elevator this doesn't seem to be an issue

Pros:

The hotel was good, but cleanliness needs more attention and the staff service can be improved. The bathroom was not satisfactory, and for hot water I had to call the reception every time, which took more than 30 minutes. There was also no complimentary water bottle in the room, which is a basic facility.

On the positive side, the hotel owner is a very nice and cooperative person, and his response was always good. Because of this, I may consider staying here again in the future.

The staff is friendly. Near to the Golden Temple is helpful. But the room needs little more minimum

Cons:

Asked for advance money after booking to reserve the room on the day of check in. On the day of check in, they said room is not available as we had to let them know if we are going to check in after 12 PM Noon even after paying the advance.

Having worked in hospitality sector with a hotel company, this is the first time I have heard of such a logic. Very unreasonable logic and pathetic display of affection towards their customers
