Not great.
Pros:

The front desk people were fine, but that has nothing to do with this rental. This is an apartment that is owned by an individual and then rent it out.

Cons:

Communication was poor and erratic. Wi-Fi was erratic. The apartment was not clean and had poor facilitiesThe pictures look great, but they don’t show the mold in the bathroom.

They claimed that there was a free shuttle service, but it cost money. (More than just taking a regular taxi or GRAB). From the site: “Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the property as well as a restaurant on-site. The accommodation also boasts a kids' club and a free shuttle service.” Later it’s buried that there is a fee for the shuttle service, but I didn’t read that far at the beginning.

it also mentions that there’s a pool but it doesn’t tell you that it cost money to use that too. You can buy tickets for the pool from the facility, but the owner wants you to buy them from him, and charges you extra.

Of course Manila is steaming hot and that area was dirty with not much around… Hot, dirty, I had to take a sleeping pill to overcome noise of air conditioner & fan, without which the heat was intolerable. I wound up leaving a day early, even though they wouldn’t refund any money.

Great value for money, and close to SM MOA
Pros:

Aircon was good, WiFi internet provided; bedsheets were fresh; the unit was fairly clean; convenience stores and massage downstairs. Light cooking allowed and there's a washing machine inside the unit.

This unit in Sea Residences Tower E is really just a few minutes walk to SM MOA ~ very convenient for us who had an event evenin in SMX Convention

The condo unit owner was easy to talk to.

Cons:

There's was no place to hang clothes so we ended up using the chairs to hang our suit. .. still OK though. We just stayed for 2 nights anyway ;)
