Only the views
It's mentioned on their booking.com page that pets are accepted, but when I arrived there they said that pets are not accepted (I ever sent them a message before my arrival, that I am coming with my dog, but they never responded).
No-one speaks English, a client did the translation.
Finally, I after arguing and waiting 45 minutes in the hot weather (35 degrees), they offered me another room half klm away. The road was full off rocks and the room didn't have internet! I stayed there with no internet!
The toilet was smelling very very awful. The TV didn't work, the forks and spoons were dirty and there was no air-conditioning!
And that was not the end: an employee came into my apartment without knocking the door!
No-one likes dogs! Can you imagine 2024 and people not liking dogs? It's incredible!
And for the cherry on the cake, the breakfast was just one omelette, tomatoes, bread, jam and a glass of water!
First time in my life I make a bad comment about a hotel, but I had to... My experience was my worst ever...
Beautiful rooms and immaculately clean. Great location and the friendliest of staff/family running the hotel and the coffee shop downstairs. Perfect stay. Thank you so much for your kindness.
