Pretty property, seemed older but lots of newer renovations. Pool area, outside, inside lobby was beautiful. The staff at front desk, the man holding and opening the door were all wonderful.

Not much to say. I guess the room was pretry clean. There was a front desk lady i think her name starts with the S. She tried to help as much as possible
First, i got there. Person guiding my car does not know how to. I knew i was getting to close to the curb but he kept on saying to proceed. I ran onto the edge of the curb and draghed my rim. My rim got damaged. I took a picture.
It took about 40 minutes to sign in as well. They gave us oir key to the room bit didnt tell me how to get there.
I was searching for a hotrl that provided breakfast for the whole family. I had my two kids amd wife
And they only gave me a coupon for two people for each day ibwas there. I wouldve known that i would defintely gone somwhere else.
Also, there was no way to speed dial the front desk on their phone and whem i called tje hotel phone number it was busy all the time.
Thwre is no laundry room in the hotel either so id you wamt to go wash your clothe. It is gonna have to be somewhere else.
The location was excellent.
The loud noise at night and the sink was still wet when I checked in.

An hour before my arrival, there was a problem with my suite so they gave me a regular room they have one elevator and the door closes on it fast in which you are constantly having to shuffle around because they are cleaning services carts and trash constantly in it there are garbage bags and other bags constantly through the halls ain’t very relaxing It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever been far from the best I wanted to switch hotels by day two we was there for four days and I couldn’t wait to get out

The sheets, fitted sheets, pillows, and a few towels were dirty. The bathroom door handle was broken. We asked for new sheets, and towels, they never came. We had to go down to the front desk twice. The tv wouldn’t allow us to stream anything, it kept saying we weren’t checked in. When they came to fix it, it stopped working right after they left. When we tried calling to have our room cleaned or at least get new sheets, they said they would get to us last because they have 125 check ins. They also apparently don’t do daily cleaning like other hotels. We were out for a few hours and our room was never cleaned, but there were bags of dirty sheets in the hallways for hours. The staff was not helpful at all. Everyone seems to have a “not my problem” kind of attitude. Had the customer service been better, it wouldn’t have made the stay so awful.
Location, clean room, the room had everything i needed. Loved the balcony
The bed was too.soft. pillows were too soft or too firm. Didn't get a really goodnight sleep.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
The room had a terrible moldy smell. Everything felt damp—the bed linens were wet, the floors were damp, and even my pet’s food became soggy within a very short time.
The hotel was extremely unsanitary. The elevator was filthy and smelled strongly of urine. There was a small rug inside the elevator that had absorbed the urine smell and dirt to the point where using the elevator was absolutely disgusting.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
When I booked this hotel, the information stated that parking spaces could not be reserved in advance. However, when we arrived, several parking spots had already been reserved by someone else. There were no cars parked in those spaces, but we were still not allowed to use them, so we had to park far away from the hotel.
The listing also advertised a complimentary breakfast, but when we checked in, the front desk informed us that breakfast was not included.
We paid almost $800 for four nights, and this hotel was absolutely not worth the money. The only positive thing I can say is that it is located close to the ocean.
I have photos showing the mold in the room as proof of the condition we experienced.
Everyone was so very friendly. Manager and man at front desk, Michael, was beyond typical mgr and front desk receptionist. I had a problem and they stepped in immediately to solve it. I will be a constant customer there from now on.

I ended up having to pay extra money for the refundable deposit even though it was already taken out in the original cost
