Pros:

Marvin was so friendly at check-in. The room looked recently updated, had a shower no tub which I enjoy better. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The room doors slam which make it very loud and a little disturbing.

Pros:

On the beach
Comfy bed
Loved having a balcony

Cons:

The heat - it ran all night even when I turned it down. Would have been unbearable if we don’t have the balcony to leave open for fresh air

Water pressure in shower was low. Sliding patio door is wore out, didn’t slide easy for lady friend.

It was exspensive but nice. Couldn't afford a whole week at these prices. Beautiful ocean view. Shar

Sharon was a doll at check in. Vibrant and friendly.

Cons:

The upgrades were awesome but I still seen a few, fine updates that could be made. Like my light switch in bathroom was all lanky and crooked

Beachfront hotel with great location and amenities. Pet friendly too!
Pros:

Location is great. Water pressure and shower was awesome.

Cons:

Older tile, carpet. Odd situation where my nightgown was purposely hidden behind desk by cleaning staff. No other way it could have ended up there.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
Pros:

The staff was great! Andrea at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding, with our numerous reservations. The lobby was very clean and inviting, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and courteous. Within walking distance to some really good restaurants. It was a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the elevator, it was a little scary with the bumps and thumps. Also there were no umbrellas for rent in front of the hotel. I had to walk a good ways down the beach to rent one. That may not be an issue that the hotel can resolve, but something to look in to for sure.

Definitely will stay next year when work convention is back in town.
Pros:

Employees were excellent and location was perfect. Really Appreciate dog accommodations and sweet treats for the dog and people.

Cons:

Restaurant hours limited but it was a weekday stay not weekend.
