We enjoyed the stay. It was good value. People were nice. I would stay there again.

Pros:

Right next to the beach , and other activities, quiet .

Cons:

Check in was at 4 ,none of the rooms were ready , we didn’t get into our rooms until after 8 pm . After a 5 hr drive that’s just no acceptable.

Pros:

Location was great. And our room had a great view.

Cons:

For a pet friendly hotel, they didn't do a good job of making people clean up after their pets. Lots of dog poop in the grassy areas. Also the included breakfast was a mess until later in the week when they finally started doing a buffet style.

Wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Fresh food (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit) and toast or English muffins and coffee or juice. Served until 11:30 am

Location is excellent, as well as breakfast. Room is big and super comfortable.

Completely unprofessional. Double charged with no return calls for refund.
Cons:

When we arrived the lobby was packed full. People were being given rooms that were already occupied. There were two people working but only one knew how to use the computer and only one computer was working as well. We were double charged. Have called and talked to people several times and are always told that we will get a call back and no one ever calls back.
