Pros:

I am going to be very Honest here. The Room had 24 hours heating systems, there was 24 hours warm water, the reception team was 1 call away. The food was awesome. The view was amazing as well. The Mountain with the Snow top, the river view.. the cold breeze from the top. I was at the 3rd floor, it had the big terrace, you can have an amazing tea in the evening. And you can view the Sunrise as well from there. The staff was very obedient as well. Plus, they gave my driver the room to sleep as well with their team. Plus, the food was amazing, yes, 1 thing. THE KPK people uses Salt alot in their food, so better to tell them beforehand if you have any BP or other issues. And this goes for the complete KPK food. And yes, one more thing, they put a lot of Sugar in their tea as well. So yes, just look for that as well hahah.

Amazing and memorable experience
Pros:

It was one of the best experiences with hotel management and staff. The major distinguishing facility is facing the River Swat and situated at a really good location, neat and clean environment, really cooperative staff and there are many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in nearby local hotels.

Cons:

If you choose the room facing the road there would be noises of cars and heavy traffic.

Pros:

The views are incredible and this is a foreigner friendly hotel. The staff were also very friendly

Cons:

First and foremost foreigners in SWAT need police escorts 24/7. This isn't the fault of the hotel by any means but worth noting for prospective foreigners.

Secondly, the hotel was in very poor condition. The room was dirty, everything stained, no sink in the bathroom, no hot water (no tap on the shower either) and most importantly the toilet couldn't flush because someone has ripped off the toilet buttons. The noise at night from the main road is also intense and will keep you awake

The owner is required to make you make you have an escort so the doors are locked, you have to ask permission to leave ave it honestly feels like a prison
