The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and genuinely trying to help at all times. Even when issues occurred, they listened carefully, apologized, and did their best to resolve everything quickly. Their attitude and effort were the strongest and most positive part of our stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and good potential, and we always felt that the staff truly cared.
During our stay, there were several recurring issues that affected the overall comfort. We experienced repeated misunderstandings with breakfast orders, some maintenance issues in the room, housekeeping details such as dust not being properly cleaned, and problems with laundry service. While none of these were major on their own, the fact that something came up almost every day made the stay less smooth than expected.

It was a bit tucked away which was a bit hard for taxis/grab to come and go from.
We had an excellent stay at this property. The staff were very helpful and professional throughout our visit. We highly recommend this accommodation. The view,the rooms and all the hotel are very beautiful.

Trong phòng chỉ có một thùng rác nhỏ trong phòng tắm nên khá bất tiện.
Phòng 2 giường đôi lúc trước có view sân vườn nhưng giờ là view tường mà trên app ks vẫn để view sân vườn nên lúc nhận phòng hụt hẫng luôn.
Phòng 4ng nhưng có 1 cái ghế thôi.
A peaceful gem with beautiful views and exceptional service. This unique home and cafe is a true hidden gem in Dalat. The setting is incredibly quaint and charming, boasting beautiful views while remaining completely silent—not a sound of traffic disturbed us. Despite the secluded feel, it was very easy to get here using a Grab taxi. Practical amenities like WiFi reception were good, too. What made the stay truly special was the service. Huynh Anh and Linh were exceptional. We also loved the breakfast; it was homely, local, and delicious. Highly recommended!

Le personnel, surtout la dame qui nous servait le thé le soir était particulièrement agréable et gentille, les autres personnes aussi, extrêmement serviables. Les cocktails et thé étaient délicieux, les petits-déjeuners aussi. La vue de la chambre très agréable.
Il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Pendant la canicule, nous avons dû jeter beaucoup de nourriture.
