Location was close to downtown. The staff was very nice, the pool was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Outside of the room noise from guests laye at night. The room was careworn, but comfortable.

Todo excelente, muy buena ubicación, precio, personal me la pasé excelente, definitivamente volveré a hospedarme en Amakal!
Solo una observación, la tarjeta de mi habitación, todos los días se desactivaba y no podía ingresar en la tarde,después que regresaba de la playa y tenía que bajar a recepción a que me la activaran.

Falta tener una mesa para el desayuno y mejor atención, no es correcto que realicen la limpieza en el momento que desayunamos organicen sus tiempos también como los tiempos de los empleados para desayunar que no se junten con los de los huéspedes. El hotel necesita cuidar que en tiempo de lluvias no entre agua a las habitaciones y secar el agua de los pasillos para evitar accidentes
Las habitaciones tienen cucarachas es desagradable verlas en las paredes camas y muebles, se les informo a las personas encargadas y mencionaron que es normal porque en tiempo de lluvias salen, Necesitan fumigar

El área donde te bañas eramuy sucias el acrilico y paredes tenían hongo hay q invertir en linpisa un hotel económico no significa un hotel sucio
