Pros:

Cô chủ rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Mình đến được nhận phòng từ 11h luôn. Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Vị trí thuận tiện, ngay gần quảng trường.

Cons:

Cách âm hơi kém. Bên trong phòng giá kể có thêm trà và cafe thì hơn.

An ok stay
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The staff helped us book transport to Hanoi.

Cons:

This hotel was the best rated cheaper hotel we could find in Tam Dao. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in Vietnam it was not good value for money. But maybe in Tam Dao it is. The bed was soooo hard like a table. The other guests were incredibly loud in the night and morning screaming children. The room didn't get cleaned and there was no breakfast included. However both the staff were very smiley and friendly although didn't speak English which is fine.

The staffs are so friendly, polite and helpful
Pros:

It's a walking distance to the square, great location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Totally happy with how they assisted me for checking out late. The rooms are clean, tidy, nice furniture. Price is reasonable
