Pros:

Das Personal (vor allem das aus Bali stammende Personal) war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist super, das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet und bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet und die Cocktails waren sehr lecker :)

Personal foarte amabil, curățenie impecabila, liniște, aer condiționat, plaja ok

Cons:

Mâncarea a fost ok,dar nu foarte diversificată, se putea mult mai bine,data trecuta a fost mult mai ok mâncarea, iar partea cea mai rea a fost cu băuturile care nu sunt din cele mai bune,majoritatea doar mărci locale,per total a fost destul de ok dar nu conform așteptărilor.

Polecam ten hotel na rodzinny letni wypoczynek, gdyby jeszcze wszyscy goście byli ok jak hotel
Pros:

Bardzo bogata oferta posiłkowa na wszystkich posiłkach, chociaż wielu klientów albo tego nie docenia albo źle z tej oferty korzysta, co znaczy iż goście burzą bardzo dobre wrażenie o hotelu, jego udogodnieniach i obsłudze. Hotel świetnie położony i posiada wszelkie atrybuty na udany kilku lub kilkunastodniowy wypoczynek. Bardzo miła obsługa chociaż wielu gości robi wiele by miłą obsługę zburzyć. Bardzo dobra relacja ceny do otrzymanych usług.

Cons:

Szkoda że hotel nie ma własnego parkingu, a ten co jest, jest daleko co utrudnia korzystanie z własnego samochodu. Można popracować nad większym panowaniem nad ruchem gości, by jednak nie myśleli iż wszystko im wolno jak np. wielkie marnotrawienie żywności, może apel by nałożyć tylko tyle ile się zje i takie informacje na stolikach i przy bufecie. Można też poprawić korzystanie z prywatnej plaży, jedna tabliczka by nie rezerwować sobie leżaków i parasoli do nikogo nie przemawia

Foste bine situat .

Cons:

Camera ce ne-a fost reprezentată și anume 245 , situată foarte rău ,lângă barul de la recepție și terasa barului . Zgomot până seara târziu și dimineața la ora 6 mutau zilnic mobilierul în bar .
