Great location and very clean and affordable room . Feels like home
Pros:

I loved the location , it is so close to uptown mall 5min walk if your slower and even market market 15min walk .

Cons:

I did not know we needed to turn the water heater unit in to get a warm shower or while washing dishes. So my first day we had a very cold bath lol

The place is good , but I think the one maintaining the property missed some important things.
Pros:

Cons:

Bed is broken which is very important for us travellers, no liquid soap in the toilet, water bottle in the fridge is only half full. when I entered the room I was welcomed by a bad smell in the room, I dont know from where.

I messaged them regarding the bed, but didnt replied.

New and conformable room.
Pros:

Room are new, clean and conformable. Beautiful place. I recomend it.

Cons:

Check In was quite difficult because is no reception.

Water on the fridge would be a good idea for next guest.

Pros:

It’s a very good location and close to the fun parts of BGC. Facilities in the building are very good.

Cons:

It’s a true Airbnb. Don’t confuse it with a hotel. There was NO hot water, which id ridiculous. And, there was no iron/ ironing board. So if you’re using it for business, there are better properties to stay.
