Cons:

Niestety było bardzo, bardzo brudno. Grube warstwy kurzu wszędzie, na stole, krzesłach, sofie, podłoga tłusta i zakurzona, tak samo schody prowadzące na antresolę, sofa cała w plamach i włosach. W całym mieszkaniu okropnie czuć zapach kanalizacji. Woda albo zimna, albo letnia. Brudna łazienka. Jedyny plus to Panie z obsługi, dostępne i reagujące szybko.

Not pleasant.
Pros:

The apartment was modern, nice in a very basic way.

Cons:

There was continuous septic oder throughout the building and in the apartment. Worse at some times than other times, but it always there. It would have been a fine, basic modern, hotel-ish place to stay, but I couldn’t wait to leave after a few days. It put a damper on the whole experience.

Pros:

The location is beautiful, and the apartment is pretty well equipped with anything you need during a long stay. Staff was fast to answear, but we had a hard time solving our heating issue.

Cons:

We missed our first 2 days because of our flight and when we arrived the heating was not working. As it was pretty late, I was informed that someone would fix it the next day while we were away. The next day, nobody noticed us about the issue and I asked again what's going on and I was told that they're still working on it. When we came back, still no heating and we had to spend another night in the cold. So far, nobody said anything about the cold or offered a solution. Therefore I asked for a refund or a relocation and we were offered another room. Had I not asked for a refund/replacement, we would've spent the whole trip freezing inside, as it was colder than outside.

Lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży i morza. Sposób wchodzenia bez kluczy przez cały czas. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Cons:

Dwie łyżki, dwa talerze. Troche ubogo. Ponadto jedna kołdra dla dwóch osób to nie jest wygodne.
Niestety bardzo dobrze słychać co robią sąsiedzi. Jeżeli wracają w nocy Ty wstajesz również z nimi. Niestety w łazience czuć kanalizację sa chwile ze śmierdzi. Nie da sie tego wywietrzyć bo jak otworzysz drzwi na mieszkanie to śmierdzi całe mieszkanie. Szafki pomieszane na wysokości osób powyżej 180 cm. Dla osób mniejszych jest to duże utrudnienie. Deska sedesowa obluzowana.

Woda w łazience byla delikatnie ciepła ale jak sasiad odkręcił u siebie to juz byla let nią.

Pros:

The location close to the beach. The authentic atmosphere in the neighbourhood.

Cons:

The traffic and the Tram can be a little bit noisy in the night. We slept very well anyway.

Pros:

gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Direkt gegenüber Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum ca. 30 Minuten, 5 Minuten entfernt Bahnstation.( ca. 20 Minuten zum Zentrum)
Nähe zum Strand. Keine Rezeption, dennoch sehr gute Kommunikation über Whats App. Sehr zeitnahe Antworten

Cons:

Lebhaft, da Zimmer zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet sind.

Super malgré les problèmes d'eau chaude.
Pros:

La localisation, la place, l'équipement, la salle de bain, la proximité des autres appartements ce qui permet de voyager à plusieurs groupes de famille ou d'amis en gardant son intimité. Je recommande l'adresse et aimerai y revenir un jour.

Cons:

L'eau était assez froide et on pouvait manquer de pression voire ne plus avoir d'eau chaude du tout. La poussière sous le lit et de la femme de ménage pendant la sieste. Ma femme et moi avons eu une allergie sur la peau. Est-ce dû à la literie, la lessive ou à l'eau ? Le bruit dans la rue mais ça on ne peut rien y faire.

La douche à l étage dans la chambre parentale : quand d autres occupants de la résidence se douchent, on n'a plus d eau chaude qui coule (même pas un filet d eau). C était épouvantable.
