Я бы на долго там не стала оставаться. Если вы с детьми то завтракать тоже будет сложно
Pros:

Очень хорошо расположен
Минут 10 ходьбы до моря, рядом музей Мишки Тедди, где вкусные тосты и кофе
Сразу можно выйти и гулять
Все рядом

Cons:

У нас как то сразу не заладились отношения с хозяином
Хотя он перед заселением, был очень общителен и приятным
Нашли нам номер и заселили за 2 дня раньше, очень хотел помочь, но получилось так, что только в сообщениях
Карты юнион пей рсхб у них не принимаются и тут начался наш первый так сказать конфликт, он просто размахивал руками и не мог ничего предложить.
В итоге оплату сделали благодаря дочке моей подруги, если бы не она не знаю чтобы было.

Завтраки ужасные, такое на завтрак вообще нельзя предлагать европейцам. Мы взяли номер с завтраками, по итогу завтракали один раз. 5 разных завтраков:жареный рис, яйцо с хлебом и разная лапша. Наши дети конечно такое не ели.
Не очень удобно.
Уборка только по требованию, для меня это было очень удивительно, впервые за время путешествий такой сервис. Когда я спросила, почему так, он вообще сказал, что все русские сами и мусор выкидывают и убираются. Удивило.
Вообще он при каждом вопросе мне отвечал «не нравится я вам верну деньги уезжайте» вот это вообще было для меня шоком. Как может отельер такое писать, всегда считала что эта сфера услуг, где важно мнение клиентов, но увы , здесь это не действует.
Очень твердый матрац, в моем номере ужасно пахло сигаретами. Первую ночь не могла уснуть, так как очень пахло, комната прокуренная. Приходилось открывать с утра до вечера номер, чтобы запаха не было. Когда я попросила поменять, мне сказали номеров нет, не нравится уезжайте🤣

Это конечно больше похоже на хостел, а не на гостиницу. Жена у него очень приятная, всегда приходила на помощь и улыбалась, он же всем своим видом показывал , что мы ему не нравимся🤣

Pros:

Chambre très bien mais assez petite. Nous n’avons presque pas vu le personnel de l’hôtel. Il est très bien situé

Big & comfy room.👍
Pros:

The room is big for a family of 3 which can accomodate 4 pax.The host is very responsive to all our whatsapp messages all the time👍. The good part is they provide laundry service too at a very reasonable price . I normally send my laundry in the morning & i’ll get it back in the evening. We love their cute dog named Bok who is always sitting outside the property🥰

Pros:

Just the location.

Cons:

We’ve travelled to many countries to know what hospitality is and that respect goes two ways. Have not had such poor experience till date. We booked two rooms and our odd experience went like this.

We book mid-high range places to stay but unfortunately all the places were booked and this place we booked seemed to have decent review.

- Mattress was an absolute disaster (Spring was broken and we could barely rest well. Our elderly parents struggled really bad).
- There was a lizard on our bed (It was so small that we feared it sneaking in to our nose or ears or mouth if opened). Worst part was its was off tail that traumatised more not knowing where it was.
- Disgusting part was clogged (Reverse flow) toilet and shower drain. Someone from other room/s flushed paper down the toilet and it surfaced in our room. So we asked the hosts to look in to it and requested to fix it when we were away. The way they treated was us like we stuffed it on purpose (There were instructions next to toilet and we of course can read) and that subtle looks they exchanged was appalling.
- Racism does not seem to leave our backs. We have had an excellent trip in Vietnam but this was the only place where things were written all over place (It was pretty obvious) and the host (the guy - throughout) and the lady (Our last day) had that on their face written all over it.
- Two small water bottles/room was in their offering. On our second day when we asked for it, the lady’s eye rolled and she shut the mini mart door on our face as if we asked for something out of place. We apologised for asking too when we clearly didn’t have to.
- Also we made our fair share of purchases from their mart thinking why spend elsewhere. Guess should have chosen a mart next to it.
- Reception area, their restaurant and stairway smelt very bad (Even mask could not mask it).
- After we put the rating, the WhatsApp harassment began (to my wife and myself) and I will attach the snips of those here.

Неплохой вариант для недолгого проживания. Но есть проблемы с чистотой
Pros:

- Отличное расположение: рядом много кафе, озеро с шоу, магазины и т.д.
- Приятный и отзывчивый персонал
- Есть холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе
- Рядом с отелем минирмаркет от тех же владельцев с нормальными ценами
- Плотные шторы, которые не пропускают свет

Cons:

- Слабенький интернет, для работы годится с трудом
- Плохой матрас: чувствовались поперечные металические вставки
- Тесновато. На фото номер кажется больше
- Плохая уборка номера: при заезде в ванной было много женских волос, на унитазе за крышкой были волосы, полы грязные - если ходить босиком, то на ногах остается плотный слой пыли.

Pros:

Прекрасные хозяева отеля, завтраки можно было выбрать из 5 вариантов блюд, всегда было очень вкусно и быстро. Номер просторный, немного старый, но цена качество полностью оправдано. Чистейшее, прозрачное море в 10 мин прогулочным шагом, остановка автобуса так же рядом, спокойное тихое место. В номере пахло сыростью, но это часто бывает в таких странах. Из плюсов есть балкон, где можно сушить вещи. Уборка в номере по запросу, воду так же по запросу давали. Все вопросы легко решались с хозяином.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. No lidostas var atbraukt ar bezmaksas autobusu. Ēka vēl diezgan jauna un aprīkojums darbojās. Numurs mazs, taču pārgulēšanai pietiekami.

Cons:

Personāls formāli izturas pret klientiem. Angļu valodas trūkums apgrūtina komunikāciju.
Nejauši paskatījos zem gultas- šķiet tīrīšana tur vēl nekad nav bijusi. Skatīt foto.

If you are not fussy its OK only.
Pros:

Location good, more on the quiet side of Grand World. At least there is elevator as compared to some other small hotels.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited. No coffee in the morning, given only ice water. No cleaning service for the room next day.

Местоположение, рядом все есть, хозяйка приветливая

Очень грязно, на ресепшене плпросилась в туалет внизу, было очень грязно, ушли даже не стали подниматься в номер, отменили бронь и пошли искать другой отель
