Very convenient, highly recommended place to stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Very comfortable accommodation with an excellent location, everything in central Lisbon is within walking distance, and it’s right in front of a train station, which makes getting around very easy.
The kitchen is well equipped, with coffee and tea provided, which is a nice extra touch for longer stays.
Check-in and check-out were super smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, a very convenient and comfortable base in Lisbon.

Cons:

The only minor downside is some light noise from neighbours or the street, but it’s not too disruptive.

Car per al que és. No té una bona relació qualitat-preu

La situació va ser el millor de tota l’estada a l’apartament.
Tenen el detall de deixar una ampolla d’aigua, cafè, infusions

Cons:

1.-Fuita d’aigua a la dutxa. Entre la junta de la mampara i la paret, cada vegada que et dutxes, perd aigua, fent un toll d’aigua al bany.
2.-El soroll és increible. A l’entrada principal de l’edifici, hi ha una porta molt pesada, que la gent deixa caure per a que es tanque, el problema és que es sent cada vegada que tanquen la porta, i és moltes vegades, és un edifici plé d’habitacions per llogar i hi ha molt de moviment de persones constantment. No es pot descansar bé a no ser que et fiques taps a les orelles. Dos llits donen a la porta d’accéss a l’habitatge i es sent tot.
3.-El terra del pis són llistons de fusta, està un poc dessastre, està per canviar
4-Cal una mica de manteniment

Loistava loma Lissabonissa.
Pros:

Sijainti oli loistava. Asunto oli valoisa ja avara ja siisti. Paras sänky, missä olen koskaan matkoillani nukkunut. Baixan suunnasta tullessa on edessä porrastreeni, mutta väsyneenä voit hyödyntää Rossion aseman liukuportaita. Asemalta löytyy myös edullinen luggage storage, ja aseman vierestä pääsee sujuvasti metrolla lentokentälle.

Cons:

Asunto sijaitsee rakennuksessa, jonka alakerrassa on baari, ja sen alla toinen. Vastapäätä erittäin suosittu Lissabon Rooftop Bar. Alapuolella lisää baareja, joten älä unohda korvatulppia. Viikon oleskeluun ei kuulunut siivousta, joten jouduin ostamaan itse wc-paperia ja viemään roskat pois - pieniä asioita, joita ehkä voisi lisätä palveluun ja hintaan siten, että asiakas tuntee olevansa lomalla ja arvostettu.
