Pros:

Praticamente tudo. Café da manhã sensacional, atendimento de recepção muito bom. Limpeza das instalações também. Amei a mini cozinha disponível dentro do apartamento, só estranhei não ter pelo menos 1 panela para uso no fogão de indução.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto estar muito limpo, havia embalagens usadas dentro do apartamento e não estavam na lixeira, estavam na geladeira e aparador. Também tinha 2 sabonetes usados dentro do box. E não gostei do fato da tv não ter canais digitais abertos disponíveis. E eu tenho dificuldades visuais e prefiro um quarto mais bem iluminado.

Pros:

It was disappointing, the room was dirty, we paid extra money for a jacuzzi in the room and it didn’t even work. The room was very cold but the cleanliness was the worst

Maravilhosa. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
Pros:

Cama super confortável, banheiro com água quente, tudo higienizado e bem limpo, roupa de cama e banho bem limpinhas, café da manhã maravilhoso.

Custo benefício aquém do esperado, porém o atendimento melhorou a estadia.
Pros:

Fui bem atendida pela equipe, todos gentis. A cama e o café da manhã também eram bons! O café apesar de ter muitas frituras e já iniciar o dia com bastante cheiro de fritura, tinha opções com frutas, café e pães.

Cons:

O chuveiro mesmo sendo a gás, não esquentava tanto, e com pouca vazão de água. O ar condicionado não esquentava propriamente o ambiente, mas pode ser também pelo frio extremo, não necessariamente por falta de manutenção. Quarto com 2 tomadas e uma delas sendo utilizada com um T com inúmeras conexões para tv, ar condicionado, etc. inseguro. A academia que aparece nas fotos não deveria ser divulgada, completamente destruída :(
