Unfortunately, there was very little to appreciate about the stay. Basic requests such as bottled water and sugar for tea required multiple calls, and the overall service was slow and unresponsive.

Cons:

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and inconvenient, especially for guests arriving by personal car. The service was extremely slow, with long delays for tea, coffee, food, and even basic requests like bottled water. The kitchen was not ready at the promised time, and dinner was served very late. There were also multiple power outages, and the backup generator did not start immediately. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Close to golden temple, rooms are decent sized. Good breakfast buffet options, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean enough but had fresh linens and towels available every day.
