Pros:

It's was a nice apartment with very friendly staff, decent breakfast and cleaning every day. The bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

The location is good, but there is zero sunshine you can expect. The building is between other tall ones. The parking is very small - 4 cars and during the season I can imagine the problem.
No utensils in the kitchen - zero.

Хорошие новые апарты.
Pros:

Новые апартаменты, все есть кроме кухонной утвари и посуды. Принцип отеля, не апартаментов.

Cons:

Шумновато вокруг, стройка. Но шумоизоляция окон отличная.

Lovely family time in this hotel , we stayed 4 nights
Pros:

Very nice place to stay , good location , close to the sea and walking distance to all needed places . Very clean , big comfortable beds , pleasant staff. I really recommend!!

Что-то текло ( труба в ванной) .
Пришли убрали, но при пользовании душем опять натекло много воды
