Beaux souvenirs du classique La TOUBANA ! Merci
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant. La piscine est extraordinaire et dispose d une grande partie basse pour enfants et même d’un bar à piscine! Waou!. La décoration est parfaite à partir des salles de bains, l’entrée de l’hôtel avec les poissons Koi et le confort des installations (les allonges de plage sont d’un confort extraordinaire ne donnent pas envie de bouger! Même chose pour les lits!) environs très soignés, les petits apparts ont tout ce qu’il faut même la machine à laver.

Cons:

- accès plage et extérieur piscine très adapté pour un bébé (étriqué et accès difficile à la plage malgré la proposition de la navette (merci :) ) nous reviendrons en célibataires ;)
- hôtel de standing donc offre de restauration même à la piscine à prix élevé

Very stylish tropical luxuary hotel, pricy but worth the money.
Pros:

We stayed many 5 star hotels during our tarvels around the world last few decades, but we will for sure remember La Toubana. Very special small luxury hotel complex, right next to the sea. Congratulation for the interior designer - the hotel has a beautiful tropical but modern style. We stayed in a Tikaz bungalow with private pool. We had a little garden that was like a mini jungle. The entire hotel complex is like a mini jungle, you hardly see any buildings or rooms due to the very well kept forest. The bar, restaurant, and swimming pool is 100m above the sea (which was not clear from the pictures I saw before) with absolutely breathtaking WOW view. Very few hotels can say that the well positioned and polished pictures are not giving back the reality, as the reality is much nicer for La Toubana! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us suprise gifst, that was also very nice of them. Finally, the dinner was Michelin quality, congratulation to that as well! The hotel is not cheap indeed, but absolutely worth the money, if you can afford it once in your life.

Cons:

There was nothing really that we did not like, so I share rather suggestion to make the experience even better:
1. This hotel might not be suitable for people with reduce mobility (PRM, elderly people), which should be somehow highlighted on the website. Though the hotel is offering pick up with small electric car at your room any time you need (we never used it as we love to walk), but it can be still annoying that you always need to call for a car if you want to go around. The beach is few minutes walk in a steap road, which we loved (finally we moved after sitting at the restaurant or at the beach :-)) but again it might not be good for people with reduced mobility.
2. Mosquito net above our bed could help, as the mosquito repellents we brought from Europe did not help...
3. Few more hangers in the bathroom could be good (for bathrobe etc), and something to hang our wet swimming suit on the balcony.
4. Offering free shuttle service every hour or so to Sainte Anne beach could be nice, as the hotel is far from everything. If you do not want to discover the surrounding and just stay in the hotel it is ok of course. Organising, calling, waiting for taxis all the time is not our preference.

très belle endroit
Pros:

Cet établissement est dans un lieu magique, la vue, la plage privée et la piscine, c’est très beau. Le personnel de la plage et du restaurant le soir est au top, et le meilleur, c’était le spa : les massages, absolument parfaits !

Cons:

La négligence de certains membres du personnel, un voiturier qui nous a vus galérer pour nous garer avec nos bagages et aucune aide à notre arrivée, et on arrive au petit déjeuner à 9 h : tous les plats sont vides et la cuisinière tellement désagréable qu’on n’est pas revenus, manque des managers pour gérer vérifier l’accueil et le petit déjeuner.

Overall our stay was good and pleasant!
