Cosas que se pueden mejorar.
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito.

Cons:

Una gotera en la escalera principal por la lluvia y que el desayuno no se pueda llevar a la habitación esto último es un poco contradictorio ya que si puedes llevar alimentos externos a tu habitación ejemplo bebidas o pizza.

Las tazas estaban con manchas de café y los platos estaban un poco amarillos falta higiene, los controles de la tv estaban sucios prácticamente eran blancos y estos estaban amarillos, la habitación 200 no funcionaba el aire acondicionado o por lo menos nunca lo pudimos encender.

1 solo confort no basta para 2 personas lo cual te forza a solicitar uno en la recepción.

Cosas pequeñas que pueden mejorar en mucho respeto a la competencia de los demás hoteles.

La habitación es cómoda, la ambientación del hotel es hermosa. El barrio es muy lindo.

Cons:

Avisamos que teniamos que salir a las 5:30 para llegar al aeropuerto, pero no había nadie en la recepción para abrirnos la puerta.

Camas y colchones viejos. El piso suena zona peligra,mala atención quiso cobrar de lo indicado con tarjeta no quería en dólares si no en. Pesos

Suite sin Bañera

La habitación en general era muy buena

La suite mencionaba que tenía Bañera sin embargo la recepcionista nos mencionó que ese servicio se debe solicitar en los comentarios a la hora de solicitar la reserva teniendo en cuenta que la suite de por sí, decía que incluye el servicio

Excelente relación precio calidad. Muy cerca del metro, en el centro de la ciudad y con buena conexión. La habitación y baño limpios. El barrio me pareció de día muy tranquilo, transitado. Regresé de noche cerca de las 2 de la madrugada, y no vi nada raro, se podría pensar que por ser el centro iba a ser peligroso, pero la verdad es que en mi experiencia caminando de noche no me sentí en un barrio inseguro.

Cons:

Por el precio, creo que no tengo una critica negativa puntual. Podrían mejorar el desayuno tal vez.

C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Très bien placé dans le centre. Proche du métro. Quartier calme. Chambres spacieuses, propres. Charme désuet de l'ancien. Je recommande aussi bien pour un séjour a Santiago que pour une brève étape de transit.

Es un lindo lugar, con un tremendo potencial. Pero le hace mantencion y orden en recepción

Está ubicado en en un lugar muy bonito del casco antiguo. Cercano a restaurantes y tiendas.

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. La puerta de acceso a la habitación no cerraba perfectamente. El servicio de transfer al aeropuerto nunca llegó. En un momento quedamos encerrados dentro del hotel, perdimos un Uber porque no podíamos salir.
