Pros:

We love the hotel vibes! Beds are so comfortable and duvets and pillows smell clean. Dishwashing soap, shampoo, body wash (though it hasn't been refilled enough when we came), dental kit, and towels are provided. I love that they provided 4 towels and 4 dental kits. Other rentals only provided for two even though we are 4 guests. There's a 1000 pesos security deposit but it was refunded after they checked the unit. Pots, rice cooker, and electric kettle are provided. Location is great. There's a self-service laundry shop at the ground floor which was really convenient. There's also a convenience store so we didn't need to go all the way to Air Mall, although Air Mall is just a 6-min walk. LUSH RESIDENCES isn't as crowded as the other condos we've been to. And staff are really friendly. This is actually our 2nd time at Lush and will book again when we need to go back to Makati.

Cons:

Pots and pans were provided but there weren't any kitchen utensils so it was a bit struggle to do light cooking. Maybe a bit more improvement is needed on keeping the place dust-free. Noticed the plates that were on the table were just a bit dusty, and also the table and the bed side table. Other than that, the place passed my "clean" standards. The bidet also kept on falling from the handle and I was scared it might break and we would need to pay for it. 😁
