Prima plek voor een weekendje in Arth
Pros:

- Gerieflijke kamer met alle comfort, goede bedden, douche en wifi
- Goed ontbijt
- Er is geen personeel aanwezig maar zelf in- en uitchecken verloopt vlot
- gratis Lucerne visitor card via het hotel waarmee je o.m. korting krijgt op bergliften

Cons:

- Duur maar dat geldt voor de hele regio
- De parking van het hotel was te klein voor het aantal gasten. Tot twee keer toe kwamen we aan en was er geen plek meer, en in de buurt is er geen gratis parking te vinden.
- We lagen met 4 op een kamer met 6 bedden. De kamer was goed ingericht maar klein, voor 6 personen zou ik dit niet aanraden.

Very nice self-catering room close to the lakeside with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent self-catering apartment close to lakeside (But no view from our room). Good cooking facilities with fridge and stove (no microwave). Excellent buffet breakfast (included) and free parking adjacent to building.

Cons:

All booking, check-in and check-out, building entry and room entry is done electronically. Younger folks may see this as a bonus, but for an oldie like me it was the usual 'battle with the phone' to work out how to do everything on-line :-( ...
Our room windows were above eye-level, which seemed a bit odd when there were mountain views to the rear!!

ich werde sicher nicht mehr kommen - auch wenn ich oft in der Gegend tätig bin.

ich habe kein Frühstück eingenommen

Cons:

die Brüstungshöhe der Fenster liegt bei ca. 1.60 m - auch wenn genug Licht einfliesst, ist das für ein Zimmer von 180.- absolut unangemessen - unter dem Dach hat man den Eindruck, in einem Keller eingeschlossen zu sein an ein grandiosen Lage am See...

Die Nähe der Kirche ist wirklich zermürbend - um 3 Uhr morgens musste ich die Fenster schliessen, weil der Glockenschlag des Kirchturms mit alle 15' wieder aufgeschreckt hatte...

Zimmer top, Strassenlärm na ja, Abluft vom Restaurant sehr störend.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll und 👍

Cons:

Die Ablüftung des genüberliegenden Restaurants lief die ganze Nacht und die Abluft davon war sehr störend.

Passage paradisiaque à proximité de Lucerne !
Pros:

- Emplacement exceptionnel près du lac et à proximité de Lucerne
- Petit déjeuner très correct
- Hôtel autonome, expérience nouvelle sans rencontrer bcp de personnel
Parking gratuit assuré (il vous faudra de la chance pour trouver une libre hh)
- Lavage et séchage gratuit à disposition (malgré qu’on l’a pas utilisé mais important de le mentionner )

Cons:

- Climatisation absence , que des ventilateurs qui ne font pas l’affaire, mais c’est général en Suisse !
- Très cher , mais c’est le cas partout en Suisse ! Tout est cher ! Il va falloir prévoir assez de ressources !

Clean, functional and perfectly located. We loved the honesty bar and breakfast.
