湖畔なのに、半地下
Pros:

朝食で茹で卵を自分で作ることができました。地元の新鮮卵で、とっても美味しかったです！！部屋も2段ベットでしたが、清潔でした。道を渡った、目の前の湖は静かでとてもきれいでした。

Cons:

まず、チェックインするために（誰もいないので）、QRコードをよんだり手続きが面倒でした。また、泊った部屋が半地下で、窓から見えるのは駐車場のタイヤのみ。残念。せっかく湖畔に泊ったのに意味がない。

Pros:

Es war für mich eine „Not“-Unterkunft da ein Familienmitglied im Spital in Schwyz eingeliefert wurde. Gut war der Self-checkin. Ich konnte um 1:00 nachts in mein Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse wäre es nett gewesen wenn es in der Küche irgend etwas zu essen gegeben hätte. Schade fand ich dass es morgens überhaupt keine Ansprechperson gab. Also niemanden. Frühstück extrem schlecht, also es gab einfach nichts mehr (ausser eine tolle Auswahl an Cerealien) ich hätte gerne einen Koffeinfreien Kaffee getrunken (oder danach gefragt). Ausserdem habe ich eine Lactoseintoleranz, es gibt heute so viele Produkte die man da günstig anbieten kann. Aber es gab nur eine Sorte Käse und Wurst . joghurt den billigsten vom billigen und kaffee in Granulatform. Also hätte ich gerne ein Croissant genommen, die waren aber alle… und eben leider kein Personal dass ich höflich hätte fragen können. Für eine Nacht mit Frühstück für 160 chf ganz schön happig. Aber eben, ich war in einer Notsituation und froh dass ich überhaupt irgendwo schlafen konnte.

Comfortable, clean place
Pros:

Everything was clean and functional. The breakfast was nice and it was great to have a kitchen too.

Cons:

It was a little hot at night but we couldn’t keep the windows open because the church was so loud.

Pros:

Checkin的时候遇到了问题，似乎电脑系统有点问题，所幸遇到了工作人员，帮助我们完成了入住手续。酒店的环境，卫生，设施，地理位置都非常的优异，如果是自驾到卢塞恩周边旅游，完全可以住在这里，超出预期，非常赞。

Preis-Leistung sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Betten sind bequem, die Schallisolierung ausgezeichnet durch die Fenster. Die Vorhänge sind gut verdunkelnd.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Abwicklung der Buchung ohne Komplikationen. Komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Bildschirm am Check-In ist etwas verwirrend zu Beginn, auf die Help-Telefonnummer hat sich aber sofort jemand gemeldet.
Wirklich nicht gut fand ich die vielen Emails vor- und nach der Buchung (insgesamt 12) und der Link zur Rechnung funktionierte nicht - ich musste eine Kopie des Emails als Beleg einreichen.

Sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Schöne Lage am See. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig.
