Location was perfect. Rooftop bar was lovely. Room spacious and clean.
50% deposit required before arrival was a real pain. My bank held the payment due to the war and I was constantly stopped by reception during our 8 night stay asking where it was, even though we had paid the other 50% on arrival. Kind of tanished the stay and cost me a lot of money to resolve calling the UK. Not sure why this is necessary when Booking.com hold our card details. Room service was hit and miss, had to chase often for towels.

Есть возможность забронировать номер в двумя отдельными кроватями, что большая редкость.
Отдельное спасибо, что в душевой есть дверца, поэтому пол остаётся сушим после душа. В Индии часто нет даже шторки и каждый раз вся ванная комната и туалет мокрые.
Шикарный завтрак на любой вкус в ресторане на крыше. Завтракаешь на улице с приятным видом.
Очень отзывчивые персонал, бесконечно спрашивает, чем можно помочь и ничего ли не нужно.
Отель стоит на главной улице, где полно магазинов и ресторанов.
В целом понравилось всё, но кому-то может показаться далеко от пляжа - медленным шагом идти 10-15 минут. Но дорога вполне приятная.

Для тех, кто побывал по Индии, меня поймет, что отель заслуживает своих звёзд.

* Огромная благодарность повару с ресторана, который выслушал наши просьбы насчёт завтрака и готовил именно то, что мы больше всего любим.
Теперь по порядку. Отель не новый, но его постоянно моют, раз в неделю делают опыление против комаров, в номерах нет клопов, бассейн очень чистый (это из расчета, что по Индии брали гостиницы не меньше 4* и были разочарованы)
Если люди смотрят на цену и при этом требуют 5* , то ошибаются. Нормальный отель с разумными ценами
В душевой бежал кран возле туалета, от этого в ванной был постоянный запах
Обращайте внимание на постельное белье, понимаю что люди используют масла, но простынь обязана быть белоснежной. Поэтому просила несколько раз перестилать.
It has good location to all the good resturant and the beach.
The property is getting old with no upkeep . In the rooms they need to upgrade the door / toilets etc . The breakfast is very average can be upgraded

Location was good . Rooftop restaurant good served breakfast up there great selection. Reception clean and cool .
A few week before our stay we was contacted saying we had 170 pound to pay for a new year gala dinner said we wasn’t bothered about attending it and was told it was mandatory everyone had to pay it or to cancel our booking as it was so close to the arrival date and not a lot of choice left we decided to pay it later found out of other people staying there they hadn’t had to pay it so am very disappointed about this won’t be staying again lot better hotels out there .
The rooms are very spacious but think they are desperate for a deep clean and maintenance work . The curtains leading on to the balcony were very dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in years the bathroom needed maintenance work when you had a shower the bathroom flooded because the shower door didn’t close properly and the shower screen had all black gunk round the edge which needed a good clean . Duvet covers had marks on them and could never tell weather the sheets had been changed or just Mede the bed as the bedding was creased like they didn’t iron the clean bedding. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave clean towels .
There is a night club in the basement of the hotel which is not advertised when booking as we was on the 1st floor we could hear this every night till gone 1 in a morning it was like the music was playing in our room that’s how loud it was you could feel the floor vibrating when you walked on it .
