حار اللوبي جدا و الغرف حارة التكييف بالغرف عبارة عن مروحة / نصب الموظفين / غير متعاونين / مصعد واحد و مزدحم / مواقف قليله سرداب و ضيقه / التامين لم يسترد علماً باننا لم نستخدم شي من الميني بار / ارادو اخذ تامين و ضرائب المدينة مرتين يجب التعامل معهم بحزم لسياسه النصب ولم يعطونا فاتورة للدفع لكن انقذنا رساله خصم البنك يبين خصم المبلغ / طلبنا غرف متصله بالحجز و عطونا غرف بطوابق مختلفه و نحن زوجين و طفلين و بعد ربع ساعه من التحدث معهم وجدو لنا غرف بنفس الطابق لكن مغلقه غير متصلة و دفعونا ثمن ابقريد لكي يكونون بنفس الطابق مفترض يكون مجاني لان الابقريد نفس الغرف المحجوزة كوزي / لم يساعدون بحمل الشنط / لا يوجد فرش اسنان ولا بلسم ولا اطلالات / وازعاج العزل غير جيد و انشاءات بجانب الفندق لا يستحق نجمة واحدة / اخبرونا برساله بالتوقف امام الفندق للتشيك ان و حمل الامتعه و لكن تفاجئنا انه مكان توقف الباصات غير مسموح بالتوقف فيه

Chambre confortable, emplacement premium à 200 mètres du Rhin. Personnel très à l'écoute.
