Pros:

The hotel is located right in the Old Town, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The young man at the front desk provided excellent service and was very friendly. The breakfast was also good, and the price is quite reasonable for Switzerland. Overall, the room facilities were nice.

Cons:

The only downside was that there were a couple of small issues in the room: the window had a minor problem, and the shower door wouldn’t close properly.

Close to very good. Improved attention at breakfast would go far.

Breakfast area was crowded. Hard boiled eggs were frozen. Speck was undercooked for my liking.

Beautiful stay !
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

Sockets for charging were available only on one side of the bed and TV was positioned a bit weirdly on the wall next to the wardrobe.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Lage, direkt bei einer Tram Station. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 5.Stock. Freundlichkeit und sehr sauber.
Frühstück war auch lecker.

Cons:

Grosse Baustelle rund ums Haus, das ging aber Samstag Sonntag gut, da nicht gearbeitet wurde.

Struttura molto buona e centralissima.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e molto vicino a due parcheggi per l'auto.
Ottima colazione, essenziale ma ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Letto molto comodo e stanza sufficientemente spaziosa.
Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il pass consegnatoci dall'hotel per usufruire di mezzi pubblici ed alcuni musei gratuitamente.

Cons:

Troppo calda la stanza, nonostante il sistema di areazione spento, e dormire con il piumino diventa una sofferenza.
Cuscini molto piccoli e non troppo idonei per un buon riposo.
Nel bagno manca il bidet ma sappiamo che fuori Italia non è facile trovarli.

Pros:

Mooie schone kamer met prima bed. Vlak bij centrum van de stad en openbaar vervoer. Kaart voor gratis OV tijdens verblijf.

Cons:

Verwarming kon niet uit en bleef hele nacht gloeiend heet. Met raam open bleef het warm. Personeel leek op de hoogte van dit probleem. Jammer dat ze deze kamer dan toch verhuren. We kregen de dag erna een andere kamer aangeboden, maar de communicatie hierover verliep moeizaam.

Pros:

Notre chambre était vraiment bien et nous avons apprécié la gratuité du bar. Il a beaucoup plu pendant notre séjour et nous avons visité la ville à pieds. Alors c'était vraiment appréciable de pouvoir se poser et boire de l'eau gazeuse ou non, une limonade ou un coca. (Découvrir des boissons locales). L'emplacement de l'hôtel était vraiment top.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçues par la salle de fitness, très sombre, petite et pas de vélo
