Nice hotel but with an odd bed policy
Pros:

Nice decor and comfortable beds, good location.

Cons:

I booked a larger “family” room with a sofa bed, but when I arrived, they said they were going to charge me $60 more (not sure if it was per day or in total) if I actually wanted to open the sofa bed and put sheets on it. They also said they didn’t have anyone to make up the sofa bed that day, so I’d have to wait for the next day to use it. I offered to open it and put the sheets on myself. Eventually, to their credit, they found someone to do it and ultimately didn’t charge me extra for the use of the bed that was included in the room, but it was an odd way of doing things that I’ve never seen before.

Gutes, komfortables Stadthotel an zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar mit Bahn und Tram. Es hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, eine stilvolle Einrichtung und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und mehrsprachig.
Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Blick zum Hotel Trois Rois, an der Strasse. Die Fenster sind schallgeschützt. Für eine Städtereise liegt das Hotel sehr günstig.
Das Bad ist geräumig.

Cons:

Die Heizung war zu warm eingestellt und nicht verstellbar.

Poor maintenance and service – not worth it
Pros:

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Everything else was a letdown.

Cons:

The room had basic maintenance failures — the shower head and toilet roll holder were literally coming off the wall. We reported this to reception and nothing was done, which is unacceptable.

Reception staff were cold and unhelpful, giving the impression that guest issues are simply not a priority.

The breakfast area was also dirty, which raises concerns about overall standards.

For the price, this is not good enough. We would not stay here again.

L’emplacement très bon, le confort de la literie, la chambre bien équipée et confortable, personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Tout était bien. Le petit-déjeuner était un petit peu cher (27 CHF pp)
