Great location!
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

I had a problem with the AC. The window didn't stay latched and the AC shuts off when it's open.

Stylishes Hotel an Top-Lage!
Pros:

Cooler Style, top Lage, sehr leckeres kleines aber feines Frühstück.

Cons:

Standard-Zimmer sehr klein. Spiegelschrank im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da zu wenig Platz wegen Nachttischchen.

Nice area to be in, staff very nice, clean, parking for check in was unclear and not 4 stars
Pros:

Very close to the river and the old town. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean.

Cons:

It’s a nice property but not 4 star nice. It’s older and renovated but missing some of the touches that could have upped it to that level. Most of all our bathroom had obviously flooded at sometime and door was damaged (pressboard had swollen up) so now door doesn’t fully close and only partially closing with some force. It’s an expensive area to stay but for 4 stars you need to take care of the details. ( 2 pillows, high end towels , more than 2 coffee pods etc).Also they sent an email out describing where to park for checking in but it should be modified as the street is dug up in front of the hotel so their instructions are not correct.

Son anda yapılan otel değişikliği hiç profesyonelce degildi
Pros:

Sizin yerinize kaldıgımız otel güzel bir oteldi ancak lokasyonu ve daha cok business hotel olmasi yuzunden tercih etmezdim ama calisanlari gercekten cok tatlıydı ve nazikti. Sadece onlarin hatrina bu otele kötü puan vermedim.

Cons:

Otel rezervasyonumuzu çok önceden yaptırıp ödememizi yapmış olmamıza rağmen 2 gün kala odanıza şampanya istermisiniz gibi mail atıp otele giriş yapacağımız gün kusura bakmayın sistemsel bir hata yüzünden sizi otelimizde agırlayamaycagız mesajıyla otelimizi değiştirdiler. Üzülmeyin 10 dk mesafede dedikleri otel için yokuş ve 57 basamak çıkmak zorunda kaldık elimizde 2 valizle ve her yemeğe inişimizde. O yüzden bu otele uygun şekilde puan veremiyor yaşlı olmadıgımız için şükrediyorum.

Comfortable and altogether pleasant.
Cons:

Breakfast is always a bit of a scramble because the breakfast room is a bit small. So when busy people have to wait in a queue to access food. That's a small problem but it impacts on the overall experience of staying at this hotel.

Отличное расположение, дружелюбный персонал, тихо, спокойно

Cons:

Номер 103 старенький, в ванной двери не закрываются, вода стоит в душевой, полотенца хотелось бы посвежее уже организовать.добавить подушек бы еще, а то эти меленькие. Кофе нужно спрашивать на ресепшене( давали сразу), так как кофе машина есть в номере. Воды не ставят, говорят у них принято с крана пить😉
