Location, Location, Location.
Pros:

Localizacao top. Fiquei numa suite no ultimo andar com uma varanda com vista para a cidade. Pelos reviews percebi que o quarto standard sao bem pequenos. Por isso optei por pagar mais e acho que valeu a pena. O quarto era otimo e de bom gosto.

Cons:

Achei o pequeno almoço fraco. O basico e sem grande qualidade.

Zimmer & Lobby sind wohnlich & sehr angenehm. Super Lage!
Pros:

Das Service Personal im Frühstücksbereich, besonders Paulina war reizend.
Die Lage ist top. Die Anbindung super. Die Ausstattung charmant und wohnlich.
Kostenloses Wasser fand ich klasse.

Cons:

1. Frühstück: Ich hatte mir einer der üblichen Kaffeemaschinen gerechnet, die Cappuccino, Caffe au Lait etc. auf Knopfdruck liefern
2. Der beziehbare Handtuchhalter funktionierte nicht. Er war immer kalt. Ich habe das zwei Mal an der Rezeption gesagt. Die Antwort war "Ich gebe es weiter". Passiert ist nichts. Ich finde das unangemessen. Zumindest ein Feedback wäre nett gewesen.
3. Die Stehlampe auf meinem Zimmer (603) ging nicht.
4. Ich fand es extrem kalt im Zimmer. Die Heizung funktioniert nicht manuell, wie ich an der Rezeption erfahren habe. Meine Mutter in Zimmer 605 fand es auch sehr kalt. Wir haben uns mit kleinen Heizlüftern beholfen, die wir an der Rezeption geholt haben. Einer davon war kaputt. Alles nicht sehr schön in dieser kalten Jahreszeit.
