Only thing was the man who greeted us. Everything else was awful.
The hotel had a really bad smell like a dead’s rats or sewage. Also they had a limit on WiFi which was not explained, when asking them to fix my WiFi they logged into my wife’s account on my phone which logged her out while she was in the middle of doing important work. The woman at reception was extremely rude to me and my wife. Rolling eyes constantly and making comments as if I don’t know how to use WiFi. She was talking in Turkish being very abrupt and rude not knowing we understand Turkish. We did not argue back as we are not the type to engage. Please do not stay here as it’s definitely not worth it. Also pool was not in service and aircon is really old and does not function.

The rooms are more spacious than usual hotel rooms. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room especially because of its location.
Everything about it was as described. I had a lovely stay.
The SPA in the hotel was nice, clean and free. The room also was large and pretty clean with AC condition. Near the hotel there is a bus stop to go to the center by bus (ticket costs only 18TL). The hotel is near the Antalya bus station.
Wi-Fi experience can be improved - login with the room number and passport didn't work.

The staff were rude. Beware of Mustafa all he is looking for is money. They initially agreed to arrange transfers from the airport and decorate the room for our honeymoon via booking.com as a surprise for my wife however when we arrived after a 6 hour flight and waited an hour outside the airport there was no transfer. I had to ask a kind stranger to phone the hotel. When I spoke to them they said phone the company and I tried to explain I messaged via booking.com and it was agreed I would pay on arrival for these extras and they said they would arrange everything. They were rude on the phone and basically left me and my wife stranded with no offer to send a taxi or even help. We ended getting a taxi and payed a bit over the going rate however it had to be done. When we got to the hotel the staff realised they made a mistake and all they did was offer an apology then passed to this Mustafa who immediately tried to sell us tourist excursions and packages etc at higher prices and when I refused he took our bags up and basically expected a tip? After the service i just received i gave him a small note and he said its ok keep it, it was to little but what did they expect again just appaling service and disgusting attitude. Honestly this hotel is a joke not worth the 1000+ euro I spent on it. There is also a sewage smell coming from the lobby and lift so that is off putting, it came into the room 1 or 2 nights aswell. Breakfast is not worth it, tasteless and just repetitive I only ate twice out of my 7 day stay. The jacuzzi also was weak and not as expected basically a big bath that was really not as advertised. Guys please avoid, you honestly can find much better than this don't risk it at all!
Walkable from bus station (main road signposted to town) - or fist stop on the tram is right outside the hotel. Tram goes on to Airport.
