Pros:

Хороший вид с балкона, удобная кровать, уютная зона спальни. Довольно чисто. Тихая улица, и при этом в центре. Принесли 5 литров питьевой воды. Хозяйка была постоянно на связи.

Cons:

Кран в раковине ванной раздолбан, протекал в нескольких местах, вода лилась струей на пол.

Номер в реальности меньше, чем кажется на фото.

Из ванной комнаты запах от старых труб.
Холодильник сильно шумит, на ночь приходится выключать.

Освещение вроде зонированно, но какое-то не продуманное. Синие лампы вместе с жёлтыми.

Неудобные по высоте маленькие столики на кухне и на балконе.

Потрясающее место, куда хочется вернуться
Pros:

​Останавливались в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге. Место невероятно уютное и аутентичное, с особенной атмосферой, которую редко встретишь в обычных сетевых гостиницах.
Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий сервис и искреннее гостеприимство. Владелица отеля и горничная - невероятно приятные, теплые и отзывчивые женщины. Благодаря их вниманию отдых получился по-настоящему комфортным и душевным.
Прекрасным дополнением к отдыху стал небольшой спа-комплекс: мы отлично прогрелись в сауне, а после поплавали в бассейне - идеальное расслабление после насыщенного дня!
​Сам отель расположен в очень приятном, живописном и удачном месте. Вокруг красиво, тихо и спокойно - идеальный баланс для того, чтобы перезагрузиться.

Cadre unique dans le Tbilissi authentique
Pros:

Victoria et son équipe ont été très réactifs à tous les instants de la réservation, au départ des lieux en passant par l’arrivée et le séjour. Malgré un désagrément momentané, Victoria s’est montré particulièrement réactive et dans le soucis de résoudre le problème rencontré. Les lieux sont propres avec un équipement récent, un couchage confortable, un emplacement sur la rive gauche dans le Tbilissi authentique. Victoria a également été force de proposition dans les suggestions de lieux et activités à faire (la fête de l’indépendance notamment). Je recommande ce lieu pour ceux qui recherchent une retraite premium dans Tbilissi, idéal pour un couple ou deux.

Cons:

L’isolation acoustique mériterait peut être un petit renforcement dans le cas où d’autres voyageurs pourraient se montrer bruyants.

Отличный отель в центре Тбилиси, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Очень вежливый, внимательный и заботливый персонал. Номера чистые, современные и оборудованы всем необходимым. Всем рекомендую!

Cons:

Шумоизоляция в отеле не очень хорошая, было слышно как парочка из соседнего номера отдыхает и наслаждается друг другом, но нас с девушкой это не напрягало, даже наоборот, иногда синхронизировались с соседями XD

Excellent, cozy, great location, beautiful views.
Pros:

The location was amazing and the property had such a nice and cozy feel to it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodated all of our needs. The extra facilities added to the experience, and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the view of Tbilisi with a glass of wine.

Все понравилось - радушный прием, все показали и рассказали. Номер ровно такой же, как на фото. До основных примечательных мест 20-30 минут пешком. Все чисто и уютно. Изумительный вид на город =)

Cons:

Применительно к отелю нет никаких нареканий.

Pros:

- The kindness of Victoria & Keti
- The possibility to enjoy the spa (it guarantees to fall asleep quickly!)
- A taxi grabbed us from the airport for free
- The view on the balcony
- Clean space (towels can be cleaned, the bedding is spotless)
- Very reactive and helpful hosts
- Speak very good English

Disappointing customer service
Pros:

The rooms are clean and very spaceos and are well designed with so much space for 4 people. Location is also good and quiet and next to Fabrika which is a nice play to eat and have a few drinks.

Cons:

I booked this room specifically to enjoy the spa but this was not possible.
I asked the owner to have the spa ready for 8pm but instead she ignored my request and forced us to do 7pm which didn’t work for us since we were going for dinner first. We came back from dinner at 8:40pm and the sauna was off and the pool was also emptied. I complained to her about it and she said it was not possible to fill the pool again because they don’t work after 8, which she said she told us, but thats not true. If you go at the booking website it says the spa is open from 10am to 11pm.
She then sends me voice messages arguing about it which is the last things I want to do at nightime. Anyway I found the whole experience very stressful and a waste of money since the only reason I booked the room was to enjoy the spa.
Also walls are thin and you can hear the whole bed vibrating when your neighbours are walking around, which is not good at 8am ams you just want to sleep.
