Little is not always bad
Pros:

We stayed for 2 days and we liked it a lot.
Firstly, the cordiality and the disponibility of the staff and Mrs. Victoria. She prepared our room and we appreciate the heart-shaped balloon and the general cleaning of the chamber. We also liked the spa (there is a little sauna and pool). Another pros was the positioning of the Hotel and the view visible from a super cute balcony.
Overall, we felt good and we are also happy for the quality-price ratio.

Cons:

There were also some problems, like the access to hot water, which was difficult to understand. Also the spaces were claustrophobic, especially the bathroom, where the shower box was not closed, so the water spilled outside. The spa was also tight, even tho it was very nice and more than enough space for just the two of us. From the outside the structure is not too noticeable but when you look at the door it makes it quite clear.

Las vistas desde la habitación eran buenas. La ducha era de hidromasaje y la terraza era muy agradable. El ambiente en general es bueno.

Cons:

Hay filtraciones de agua. Haría falta algo para recoger el agua de la ducha. El aparcamiento está lejos y la piscina es una bañera para una ducha después de la sauna. Se oyen los ruidos de los vecinos.

Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciated Victoria’s hospitality.
Pros:

We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us.

The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

Cons:

One downside is that there is no lift, so you need to carry your luggage up a steep set of stairs, which can be inconvenient.

An amazing experience!
Pros:

It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available.

I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you.

I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.
