Exceptional
Pros:

My stay was beyond the expectations. That is an absolutely new hotel owned by a very friendly beautiful woman Hoa and her family. All information and my needs Hoa organized for me with her enthusiasm and feeling to make my stay perfect. Her staff were very professional and polite without much speaking. Anytime in the future I'll be in Hochimin I will stay only here. Downstairs on the street you can find local food, fruits etc, they start from 7 am.

Cons:

The room with the view to the river is not a soundproofing room. In case you are sensitive to the sounds, just ask for room away from the street.

Excellent choice.
Pros:

The homestay is extremely comfortable and modern.
I was very surprised when I checked in. The room area is not large but the equipment is good, automatic toilet, clean room and beautiful decor. The room I stayed in had a large glass wall overlooking the Saigon River
The night was quiet, I had a good sleep.
I haven't had a chance to eat here yet, maybe I'll try it another time when I come back.
