Todo fue muy bien
Pros:

Los trabajadores y trabajadoras eran muy simpáticos y muy atentos. La ubicación está muy bien ubicada porque tiene tanto el metro como el tranvía y el Marmaray a unos cinco minutos. Hay tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos en los alrededores.

Pros:

Цена. Чисто переночевать сойдёт. Даже какой то завтрак был.

Pros:

la femme de ménage était très gentille, professionnelle et efficace. Les chambres étaient également très propres et bien entretenues.

Cons:

La douche était en mauvais état : le carrelage était cassé et la douchette également.

Concernant la climatisation, elle n'est pas indépendante. À chaque fois, il faut descendre à la réception pour demander qu'on l'allume. Une fois, je l'ai demandé et on m'a répondu « d'accord », mais j'ai dû attendre que la personne termine ce qu'elle faisait sur son ordinateur avant qu'elle ne l'active, alors que le bouton se trouvait juste à côté.

De plus, le personnel d'accueil était très froid et peu accueillant. À plusieurs reprises, il n'y avait même pas un bonjour ni un mot de bienvenue, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression dès l'arrivée.

En revanche, la femme de ménage était très gentille, professionnelle et efficace. Les chambres étaient également très propres et bien entretenues.

Malgré ces points positifs, les problèmes de la douche, de la climatisation et l'accueil peu chaleureux ont rendu le séjour moins confortable.

Pros:

Relación calidad-precio está increíble. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de las grandes calles turísticas pero en la calle del hotel no hay mucho jaleo, perfecto para dormir.

Мне всё очень понравилось! Персонал очень хороший — всё расскажут, покажут и помогут. Из персонала хочу особенно отметить Фирузе, она очень приятная женщина, которая поможет во всём! Сам отель находится рядом с метро и трамваем, что очень важно. От аэропорта до отеля на метро доехали где-то за 1 час 15 минут, что для Стамбула очень хорошо. Завтраки очень вкусные, всё всегда свежее и в избытке! В целом я очень довольна и советую этот отель🌸🙏🏻
