Very bad experience – not clean, not comfortable, and not worth the money.
Pros:

Honestly, very little. The only positive thing was the location, which was convenient.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in extremely poor condition and did not feel safe or clean.

There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, which is a serious health concern. The entire room smelled very bad, likely due to dampness and mold, and it was uncomfortable to stay in.

The towels were old and damaged (one even had holes), which is unacceptable. The heating/AC system was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable.

The windows were covered with something that completely blocked the view, so you couldn’t see outside at all. Also, the TV being hidden inside the mirror was strange and not practical.

On top of everything, the staff was not helpful and did not take these issues seriously.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Pros:

Sauberes Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Istanbul bin werde ich wieder dort übernachten.

Очень хорошее расположение, за такую цену, получила чистое помещение, был включен завтрак, Фируза абла и Муслюм аби очень приятные люди, которые постоянно помогали в случае чего, всем советую!

Singurul lucru ok a fost ca a functionat aerul conditionat pe cald( la prima camera primita, nu functiona)

Am cerut early check-in , nu s-a putut si am inteles fara probleme. Am facut check-in la ora 16 chiar, pentru ca ne-am plimbat prin oras. In primul rand hotelul/ camerele nu arata nici macar 10% ca in poze( voi atasa poze reale..)
Am fost intampinati de un domn care nu era prea sociabil, insa am inteles si asta. Am primit o camera la et 2( in mare sictir) . Am urcat cu bagajele si am constatat ca manerul geamului este rupt si nu se poate inchide, acesta fiind lasat rabatat. Am coborat, am anuntat si am fost mutati in alta camera la et 1. Aceasta era o bomba, la fel ca cealalta, doar ca de data asta m-am hotarat sa fac si poze: mucegai, mizerie, frigul trecea prin geam si a trebuit sa punem hartie igienica la îmbinări.. in fine. Pozele vor vorbi de la sine. Imi pare rau capot pune doar 4…Singurul plus al acestui loc este doamna care face curat. Este o bomboana de femeie.
