Cons:

Раньше часто останавливались здесь, все устраивало. Сейчас мы остановились на нось. На ресепшене парень спросонья молча выдал ключ не поприветствовал, не дал инфу о завтраке , просто все поумолчанию… мы заселились и начался треш . В соседний номер тарабанила девушка . Потом смех музыка видимо была вечеринка. Мы бвли на 5 этаже , сверху тоже громко играла музыка,был шум , грохот. Я позвонила на ресепшен очень долго не брали трубку, парень спросонья ответил что решит проблему, но никак ситуация не изменилась. Уже утром при выселенит мы увидели разбитую дверь внизу, оказывается была какая то потасовка между гостями… уровень и сервис явно упал(((((

Прекрасный отель!
Pros:

Очень хороший отель!
Никаких нареканий с момента общения при бронировании, до отъезда.
Нам достался № 310. Большой, уютный, теплый, хорошая звукоизоляция.
Завтрак - превосходный. Даже горячий суп, каждый день разный, каши, выпечка, овощи. фрукты, сыры, мясные изделия. Это же кафе начинает работать после 12 дня как ресторан. Большой ассортимент блюд, как местных, так и европейских.
Очень вкусно и недорого. Доставка и сервировка блюд в номер.
Бассейн не большой, но вполне комфортный. Сауна и хамам. Есть услуги СПА .
Все сотрудники отеля очень вежливы и каждый раз предлагают помощь.
Отдельно хотим отметить качественное и профессиональное исполнение своих рабочих обязанностей:
Аисулу, Гюльджан, Жасмины и Мадиара(приносим извинения, если чуть неправильно написали эти имена).
Расположение отеля - 4 км от Центра города. Рядом с отелем вся необходимая инфраструктура: магазины, аптеки, рестораны.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad
Pros:

Heel behulpzaam personeel, comfortabele kamers met een goed bed, we hebben er ook lekker gegeten, ontbijt was mooi verzorgd en alles aanwezig. Prijs kwaliteit was alles perfect tot in de puntjes.

Cons:

Er was wat geluidshinder met verbouwingen maar niks storend.

Старый отель, грязный
Pros:

Ничего все старое

Cons:

Номера старые, персонал на завтраках грубый, за что такие деньги я не поняла.
Посуда была грязная, в номерах плохо убираются, на стенах пятна от насекомых и тд
