Небольшой современный отель в стороне от центра в тизом месте
Pros:

Уютный небольшой отель, всё новое и чистое. Просторный номер с кухонной зоной. Не было плиты, но по запросу дали плитку. Микроволновка. Воду в бут.каждый день добавляют

Cons:

Из посуды 2 тарелки и 2 чашки. Не было ножа. Надо больше посуды. Не было кух.поотенца и жидкости для мытья посуды.
Спа зона поздно открывается с 10.00

Excellent staff and comfort make this hotel a good choice
Pros:

A very capable staff worked thru some difficulties to make our stay very comfortable. The room was large with a kitchenette, for which the hotel provided a hot plate and cooking items. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Bathroom was good size with excellent walk-in shower, well stocked. Location was good for us, in a quiet local neighborhood but within 15 - 20 minute walk from the Khan Shatyr mall and the main pedestrian plaza.

Cons:

The hallways can be noisy, as the doors open and close very loudly, plus they don't seal off noise very well. Otherwise, the location and hotel itself are quiet.

Уже не в первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, всегда всё нравилось но не в этот раз.

Cons:

Работа персонала на рецепции, минут 15 ждала на рецепции, потому что там никого не было. Потом пришлось ждать заселения, номер не был готов, персонал в этот раз ☹️ Не хотели делать комплимент от отеля на д.р., хотя я постоянный гость, путем переговоров согласились продлить выезд до 14.00. Очень много детей в спа зоне. В бассейне не было места, было очень много детей с родителями. Дети кричали, бегали и прыгали с бортиков, не возможно было плавать, все места для отдыха были заняты.. даже стулья. На выходные и праздники никому не рекомендую

Хамам отличный. Удобный лифт, пройтись из номера до лифта и спуститься в бассейн. Разнообразное меню завтрака.

Cons:

Очень маленький бассейн и холодная вода. Диван твердый.

Pros:

This hotel was within walking distance of our partner institution, which we were visiting. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant only once, as we wanted to explore local cafés in the mornings, but we spent almost every evening there enjoying wine, coffee, or a meal. I genuinely grew fond of the place and always looked forward to returning each night. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. Most staff members spoke English, and if someone didn’t, they immediately found a colleague who did, even though I offered to speak Russian.

The swimming pool was clean, and the pleasant music made the experience unforgettable. I travel a lot, but I have never encountered a place where the entire team works so hard to make your stay so enjoyable that leaving becomes truly difficult.

I would definitely come again. For Astana it is a great cozy, clean hotel with nice staff and great location
Pros:

Excellent staff, helpful and very kind. Comfortable beds, tea and watter everyday complimentary at the room. Spa is not new, but very clean, salted and nice warm watter in the pool. Massages were great! Professional. Equipped changing room in the spa, with all necessities, sauna towels. Breakfast nice, but when they finish something (eg pancakes), they do not add more. So go there sooner than kids in the morning:-).

I need to highlight mrs. Oxana (laundry). She is so professional, helped me with clothes and was very nice and kind. More staff like her everywhere.🥰

Cons:

One morning there was no hot water in the shower, just slightly warm which was unpleasant.

Все прекрасно, кроме шумоизоляции
Pros:

Практически все отлично!
Персонал, дизайн, мебель, завтраки, спа. Все качественно, уютно, приветливо.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция отвратительная.
Для маленького ребенка практически невозможно организовать дневной сон из-за ремонта других номеров, музыки, разговоров, звуков канализации.
Ночной сон тоже затруднён из-за "звуков" соседних номеров.

Отличный отель, были здесь два дня. Персонал профи. Был месяц Рамазан, поэтому не смогли воспользоваться СПА и т.п.

Cons:

При прогулке оставили ключи на ресепшен, а когда вернулись, сказали что нужно переоформляться. Хорошо подошла другая, она сразу выдала ключи. После этого случая, ключи всегда носили с собой. Впервые с таким столкнулись, хотя во многих гостиницах бывали

Чисто и свежо, хороший ресторан

Cons:

Ко времени заезда номер не был готов, немного напрягло после дороги, хотя бронировала заранее 2 номера. В обеденное время было шумно (звук дрели).
В ваш отель мы друзей тоже заселили еще 2 номера.
