Все прекрасно, кроме шумоизоляции
Pros:

Практически все отлично!
Персонал, дизайн, мебель, завтраки, спа. Все качественно, уютно, приветливо.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция отвратительная.
Для маленького ребенка практически невозможно организовать дневной сон из-за ремонта других номеров, музыки, разговоров, звуков канализации.
Ночной сон тоже затруднён из-за "звуков" соседних номеров.

Отличный отель, были здесь два дня. Персонал профи. Был месяц Рамазан, поэтому не смогли воспользоваться СПА и т.п.

Cons:

При прогулке оставили ключи на ресепшен, а когда вернулись, сказали что нужно переоформляться. Хорошо подошла другая, она сразу выдала ключи. После этого случая, ключи всегда носили с собой. Впервые с таким столкнулись, хотя во многих гостиницах бывали

Чисто и свежо, хороший ресторан

Cons:

Ко времени заезда номер не был готов, немного напрягло после дороги, хотя бронировала заранее 2 номера. В обеденное время было шумно (звук дрели).
В ваш отель мы друзей тоже заселили еще 2 номера.

Чисто, комфортно, очень понравилась зона спа - теплый бассейн, с ребенком просто супер .
Завтрак классный

Cons:

Был ремонт, и сверлили довольно громко днем, ребенок не мог уснуть.

Cons:

Раньше часто останавливались здесь, все устраивало. Сейчас мы остановились на нось. На ресепшене парень спросонья молча выдал ключ не поприветствовал, не дал инфу о завтраке , просто все поумолчанию… мы заселились и начался треш . В соседний номер тарабанила девушка . Потом смех музыка видимо была вечеринка. Мы бвли на 5 этаже , сверху тоже громко играла музыка,был шум , грохот. Я позвонила на ресепшен очень долго не брали трубку, парень спросонья ответил что решит проблему, но никак ситуация не изменилась. Уже утром при выселенит мы увидели разбитую дверь внизу, оказывается была какая то потасовка между гостями… уровень и сервис явно упал(((((
