Pros:

Great location and place to stay. Wish I had more nighta booked in there as I didn't get a chance to use the whole place.

Cons:

The only feedback would be to get soft towel for the bathroom. Everything else was on point.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn’t clean all rooms; power outage caused problems with the rooms and received no messaging from the hotel; had to request towels and tp; attendant could not accommodate a previously arranged late check in

Pros:

Great location, fabulous 1 bedroom, all of the kitchen amenities and a filtered water faucet. Comfortable bed, black out blinds, great cleaning staff.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy with the restaurant downstairs, but earplugs worked.

Of all the places we’ve staying in CDMX, this is the only one we’d definitely book again
Pros:

Convenient to many restaurants and a couple of decent grocery stores. Great neighborhood for walking around. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet.

Pros:

The rooms are well decorated and have everything you could need for your stay.

Cons:

Won't let you check in until you have signed a ln inventory for a room you haven't seen yet. The beds are unbearably soft. There are really thick rubber sheets on the beds. The AC did not work. The windows are really thin so the street noise is barely drowned out at all.

Pros:

Room could’ve been cleaner , there was hair all over the floor and bed. That room was definitely not sweep

Toilet holder was loose as well as towel holder for both rooms.
