Cons:

Warning: The hotel refused to refund my prepaid booking because I declined to sign a 10-page Spanish sublease agreement that was never disclosed before booking.

An English version was provided for reference only, but I was told I had to sign the Spanish version. I was willing to sign an agreement I could understand, but I was not allowed to sign the English version.

This mandatory check-in requirement was not disclosed on the Booking.com listing, the hotel’s website, or in the Booking.com welcome message.

The hotel also marked my reservation as a “no-show” even though I had arrived and attempted to check in, which prevented me from leaving a review on Booking.com until the reservation status was later corrected.

Great location and place to stay. Wish I had more nighta booked in there as I didn't get a chance to use the whole place.

The only feedback would be to get soft towel for the bathroom. Everything else was on point.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn’t clean all rooms; power outage caused problems with the rooms and received no messaging from the hotel; had to request towels and tp; attendant could not accommodate a previously arranged late check in

Great location, fabulous 1 bedroom, all of the kitchen amenities and a filtered water faucet. Comfortable bed, black out blinds, great cleaning staff.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy with the restaurant downstairs, but earplugs worked.

Of all the places we’ve staying in CDMX, this is the only one we’d definitely book again
Pros:

Convenient to many restaurants and a couple of decent grocery stores. Great neighborhood for walking around. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet.
