It’s not somewhere I would book again

Cons:

Beds are stiff the mattress looks like it has some type of disease I would be surprised if it has bed bugs . The whole room has a smell and this is not my thing

Le personnel a essayé de m’aider, mais comme il s’agissait d’un remplaçant, il ne disposait pas des moyens nécessaires pour servir les clients.

Cons:

La direction devrait mieux encadrer et préparer le personnel remplaçant afin qu’il puisse connaître l’établissement dans lequel il travaille et disposer des clés pour accéder à toutes les salles.

J’ai eu froid pendant la nuit et le réceptionniste a souhaité m’aider, mais on ne lui avait pas indiqué où se trouvaient les couvertures ou les couettes.
