Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont très propres, modernes et parfaitement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel du personnel : toute l’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante, disponible et aux petits soins.

Un immense merci à la réceptionniste Ahlame pour son accueil exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a reçus avec un grand sourire, beaucoup de bienveillance et une incroyable hospitalité. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous conseiller et s’assurer que tout se passait bien, elle a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme méritent d’être soulignés.

Un grand merci également à leur partenaire pour les excursions, qui a été tout simplement incroyable. Professionnel, chaleureux et très bien organisé, il nous a permis de vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Pros:

Très bonne localisation : proche de l’aéroport et du centre-ville. Structure de l’établissement très appréciable : bungalow à taille humaine avec une bonne superficie. Proximité de la mer, endroit très calme et reposant. Personnel du restaurant très serviable, accueillant et sympathique. Bon petit dejeuner, carte du restaurant correcte avec de bons plats. Très bons massages au SPA avec un personnel très chaleureux. Service de navettes vers PK25 très apprécié. Bureau d’excursions sur place avec une bonne organisation du transport.

Cons:

Le bungalow n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée : longue attente surtout après un long voyage fatiguant. Le détail des explications sur les excursions reste à améliorer. Le tarif des taxis vers le centre-ville reste élevé malgré la proximité des lieux : 100dirhams À/R pour 10mn de trajet.

Relaxing and incredible vacation at La Crique!
Pros:

The staff were so nice and helpful. The food was great. The room was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing. The beach was a small area but overall still really nice. It was quiet and very relaxing. Hammam was nice too. Honestly I can’t complain about anything. It was an amazing trip and I would definitely do it again.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
