Pros:

Леп мали хотел у Султанахмету, на 5 минута од Аја Софије и Плаве џамије, са погледом на Мраморно море. Уским улицама се врло лако и брзо стиже до Капали чаршије. Превоз је лако доступан, како кроз град тако и до аеродрома - станица на 5-7 мин од хотела.

Cons:

Једина замерка је било светло у купатилу изнад лавабоа где је сијалица практично пуцкетала-варничила.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Cleanliness and Hotel Conditions

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with our stay at your hotel, as the conditions and service we experienced were far below our expectations.

On the first night, when we checked in, neither the air conditioning nor the refrigerator in our room was working. We were therefore given another room, but that room was also dirty, very small, and had an uncomfortable bed measuring approximately 140 × 190 cm, which was not comfortable for two people.

Breakfast was served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, one day, when we arrived at 9:10 AM, there was almost nothing left to eat. I had to take a taxi to find a restaurant where I could have breakfast. It is unacceptable for guests to have to wake up as early as possible simply because they are worried there will be no food left.

Furthermore, the sound insulation in the room was extremely poor. There was a gap of approximately 2 cm under the door, allowing almost every sound from the corridor to be heard inside the room.

The bathroom was also problematic. The light switched off automatically while taking a shower because of the motion sensor, which was extremely inconvenient. In addition, part of the plasterboard ceiling in the bathroom was left open, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained.

Regarding housekeeping, the only thing done daily was changing the towels. The bed sheets were not changed, and the room was full of dust. This is particularly concerning for me because I suffer from a dust allergy.

Honestly, I do not understand how a hotel can offer rooms in such conditions. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, and guest comfort should be the minimum standards of any hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what any guest should reasonably expect.

I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate a concrete response from your management.

Séjour très décevant : manque d’hygiène et de confort

a été très décevant du début à la fin. L’emplacement était mauvais et la chambre était petite, peu adaptée à une famille avec un bébé. Aucun lit bébé n’était disponible.

Concernant la propreté et le confort, nous avons constaté la présence de moisissures dans les chambres, accompagnées d’une odeur étrange et désagréable. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement et faisait du bruit toute la nuit, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir paisiblement. De plus, l’isolation phonique était inexistante. Le lit était très petit et inconfortable, et la couette était trop petite pour couvrir correctement le lit.

Le petit-déjeuner était également très décevant, avec très peu de variété.

Enfin, nous avions commandé un taxi, mais celui-ci a été attribué à une autre famille, ce qui a causé des désagréments supplémentaires.

Au vu de tous ces problèmes, nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. Le confort, l’hygiène et les services proposés ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement, particulièrement aux familles avec un bébé

Расположение шикарное. Номер был с видом на море. Все необходимое в номере есть. Завтрак полноценный, вкусный. Работники готовят по заказу омлет.

Bon emplacement, à proximité des mosquées bleue et St Sophie.

Cons:

Cheveux sur la litterie.
Lors du renouvellement des serviettes ils manquaient toujours une ou deux serviettes propres.
Petit dej passable, ne pas s’attendre à un grand buffet
L’isolation est catastrophique, on entend tout.

Doors are very noisy closing and breakfast not that good either entrance to hotel not that safe as you have to go down stairs facility off the hotel wasn’t included with the booking and complicated location with hills difficult to go about room was to small with air conditioning above your had . You can also hear neighbours noisy conversation.
