Incredible smell of cigarettes...
Pros:

Room is good equipped, it was pretty clean.
Location is good.
Bed was comfortable.
Free water, tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

In room is incredible smell of cigarettes, like someone is smoking next to you... I think it is from bar which is under room, it comes by venilation of the bathroom. For someone who doesn't smoke, the smell is horrbile...
Bathroom has some damages which should be repaired. The light in bathroom is very poor and this room is very dark.

Pros:

posizione ottima poco distante dalla piazza degli bus urbani e dalla quale si può facilmente raggiungere la stazione del treno anche a piedi percorrendo una strada principale piena di negozi ed attività commerciali

Cons:

la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore ripaga quelle pochissime pecche che si potrebbero riscontrare. Il resto è tutto secondario se trovi dei gestori così garbati

Immer sehr schnelle Antworten vom Hotel !!! Zentrale Lage. Sehr ruhig. Nett eingerichtet. Zimmer ausgestattet mit allem, was es braucht. Für den Preis super. Gerne wieder.

Lohnt sich zu 100%
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und sehr schön am meisten das Badezimmer, was in vielen Hotels nicht so ist. Man hat vollste Ruhe und Entspannung. Personal auch sehr top. Immer wieder gerne

Affordable, calm and clean place to stay near Frankfurt
Pros:

It's great value for money as you get a clean and silent place to stay for an affordable price. The staff is very friendly. No noises from outside or from neighbors. It's warm (which is not always the case in German hotels in winter :). Hanau's city center is just around the corner where you can get grocery shopping or restaurant / cafe. There are busses and trains to go to Frankfurt (though you need to check the schedule).

Cons:

There is a covered terrace that has no to very limited access to fresh air and daily light. Despite the rooms are no smoking, it's allowed to smoke on the terrace which makes it impossible to air the rooms.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr überrascht so ein schönes Hotel in der Hanauer Stadtmitte zu finden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. 2 kleine Kühlschränke, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Klimagerät. Das Bett war sehr Bequem und alles war absolut Sauber. Was sehr angenehm war ist der Self-Check in. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und Proffessionell und war für jede Rückfrage sofort verfügbar. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder her da wir uns sehr Wohl gefühlt haben.

Top lage . Reibungsloser ablauf des checkins , die zimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde sehr viel wert auf details gelegt und ich hab mich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Badezimmer war schön gross und sehr sauber

Cons:

Nichts zu beanstanden für diejenigen die unkomplizierte uns gute qualität ohne kopfschmerzen brauchen. Man ist direkt beim bahnhof und bushaltestellen. Vorallem für pendler ein guter dreh und angelpunkt.

Pros:

Das Bett war bequem, Wasser und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Personal war per Nachricht erreichbar und freundlich.

Cons:

Unangenehmer Geruch, praktisch keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften, da kein Fenster und direkt vor der Tür ist ein Durchgang, der als Raucherbereich deklariert wurde- entsprechend gibt es wahlweise entweder Ziggarettenqualm und keine Privatsphäre oder abgestandene Luft und kein Tageslicht. Das Zimmer wird irreführend als "mit Terrasse" teuer vermietet, eine Terrasse gibt es aber überhaupt nicht- es gibt nur den besagten Durchgang mit verglastem Dach und Aschenbechern vor jeder Tür. Im Badezimmer riecht es stark aus dem Ausfluss- auch hier keine Möglichkeit zum Durchlüften. Billige Bettwäsche aus Poliester.
Dass man bei diesem Preis noch verlangt, dass der Gast selbst den Müll aus dem Zimmer rausbringt, ist schon ziemlich frech...

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Selfchecking ging ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Terassenzimmer hat wenig Privatsphäre, weil der Eingang über die Terassentür erfolgt und diese ganze Eingangsfront verglast ist. Möchte man ungestört sein, muss man die Vorhänge zuziehen.
Das Treppenhaus ist schwarz bemalt, ebenso das Badezimmer ist mit mit schwarzen Platten ausgestattet, wirkt alles recht düster.
