Super lindo e bem decorado, tudo limpo, com montes de atividades para as crianças ideal paea famílias. Inclusive tem transporte para o centro de marraquexe.
So melhorava a sala de atividades, os tacos do bilhar são muito maus.

Location of resort is really good, 5/6 minutes taxi ride to main city centre. The resort grounds itself is very beautiful and has really good potential to be a better 5* hotel.
Cleanliness of hotel was unacceptable, pesticides crawling into bathroom. No kettle for making tea/coffee in hotel room. Mini bar had stains inside. Bathtub had stains, plaster coming off walls and mould on tiles. Staff impolite when asked to fix issues, no daily entertainment within resort. Did not see the beauty salon open at any time, the spa/massage facility was also closed mostly during daytime and only open at specific times.
Breakfast was ok however, if you go past 9am they don’t replenish the food
The reception staff completely ruined what could have been a good holiday. Repeated complaints about the phone, Wi-Fi, missing towels, ripped parasols and uncomfortable sunbeds were ignored. Even a manager showed no interest. In contrast, the cleaners and bar staff were excellent. Reception were dismissive, unhelpful and appeared uninterested in guests’ concerns. Simply not good enough.

Las ventanas de las habitaciones se ponían abrir desde fuera y están a pie de calle
Las instalaciones de la piscina son peligrosas para los niños incluso el nivel de cloro produjo conjuntivitis .
No tienen servicios de enfermería a las 17:00 que yo requerí de ellos por una caida de mi hija por sus malas instalaciones.
De los 6 toboganes de agua solo uno está abierto por la mañana, no reponen la fruta del bufet...
Las maquinas del gimnasio todas rotas no había spa abierto ningún día.
En definitiva no es un hotel 5 estrellas... No lo recomiendo si vas buscando un 5 estrellas, ha sido una verdadera estafa, lo peor es que Booking no se ha hecho responsable de nada jamás volveré a reservar con ellos me iré a airbnb
La gentillesse et la réception des clients toujours a l ecoute et le personel est tres disponible.
Rien a dire tout est parfait
Les espaces extérieurs et les piscines sont très beaux et agréables. Malheureusement, les services et le personnel sont vraiment décevants.
La chambre est très basique et manque de confort. Les draps étaient sales et n’ont pas été changés régulièrement. Après avoir demandé le changement des serviettes de bain le premier jour, celles-ci ont été retirées le lendemain, mais aucune nouvelle serviette n’a été remise.
Le niveau de propreté est également très insuffisant. Pour moi, la propreté mérite à peine 3/10.
Dommage, car l’hôtel dispose de très beaux espaces extérieurs, mais la qualité du service et l’entretien des chambres ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur.

La piscina le falta un poco de limpieza, la ducha defectuosa, pero nada que no nos haya permitido disfrutarlo
