Pros:

The hotel was huge, decor was beautiful.
Rooms were clean to begin with.

Pools were exceptional - small ones were perfect for kiddies and larger one great for adults.

Reception were helpful and supportive with queries - we checked in at 11pm and they suggested to use the app glovo to order food in.

We had a local shopping centre we walked to daily whilst watching the atlas mountains which had a good selection of food like shawarma, burger king, KFC etc. So locality was great.

Cons:

The cleaners at the hotel were atrocious, we booked 7 rooms for 28 of us. They wouldn't accommodate enough towels for us. They would only take the rubbish left at the doorway. There was a spillage in one of the rooms and they didnt clean it for 2 days even after asking them. The toilets weren't cleaned to a presentable manner. They were quite rude and spoke impolite in their language and one or two even refused to clean til we complained to the reception.

The rooms AC wasnt turned on because currently it's still 'winter season' so we suffered alot in the night where it was really hot and we couldn't open windows due to the mosquitos.

We managed to get a kettle on request to feed kids pot noodles but there was no microwave at the hotel to be able to heat food for children etc.

Breakfast selection was okay, mint tea was great and so was the handmade msemen bread.

The slides weren't turned on which was very disappointing so the children didnt benefit from this, the hotel needs to advertise its opening times if its seasonal because it was a major factor for us booking this particular hotel and it was upsetting for the kids not to have this available.
