Établissement propre. Personnel agréable et le petit déjeuner est bon.
Activités proposées par l'hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et propre.

Cons:

J'avais lu certains commentaires et je me dis je ne crois que ce que je vois. Bon ben j'ai vu. Piscine intérieure payante. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu beau temps donc la piscine extérieur c'était fichu mais les enfants étaient content de pouvoir se baigner, prix de l'entrée 25e par personne. Un peu trop cher à notre goût. Les matelas sont un peu durs mais ça c'est propre à chacun. Les avions passent juste au dessus donc assez bruyant. L'emplacement est un peu loin de la médina mais ce n'est pas un point très négatif ( accès avec taxi pour 10€)

Except for the bed bugs everything is good.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a plus that most of them speak English especially when we were asking for help for directions. Also appreciated that all 3 rooms were upgraded to family.

Cons:

One of the rooms where the kids stayed has bed bugs on it. And he wasn’t able to sleep well for the rest of our stay and his face was full of insect bites. Some of the cabinets has mosquitoes. It would be best if everything is properly checked for such before having someone use a room. The kids were not able to use the slide. According to the front desk it’s only open during summer. It would be better if such notice is included in your ads. Since it’s the very reason why we stayed at the said hotel, it’s for the kids to enjoy the slide

Exceptional staff and beautiful grounds, with rooms that would benefit from some modernisation.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and truly made our stay. After a very stressful travel experience with our children, the receptionist kindly upgraded us to a suite free of charge which was incredibly thoughtful. The bell team were also very attentive and ensured we used trusted taxis. The hotel grounds are beautiful and feel like a heritage Moroccan palace setting.

Cons:

The suite itself is a little dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Carpets appear sun-faded and some furnishings and lighting feel old. The bathrooms need updating, particularly the shower size and water pressure, which was the main issue. Lighting throughout the suite was also quite low.

Les équipements de la chambre déjà en arrivant à la chambre, il y a une fuite sur le Bidet aussi le téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas pour appeler la réception, on a demandé à trois reprise le réparer ou changer sans suite on a demandé des serviettes en plus car deux adultes et deux enfants il nous a ramené qu’une seule et le petit déjeuner du matin C’était vraiment très très basiques je sais pas peut-être parce que on était un peu hors Saisons je sais pas si c’est comme ça en pleine Saisons car c’était vraiment très Light et par rapport à notre séjour d’avant à Agadir ça n’a rien à voir pour le séjour d’avant, c’était quatre étoiles, et cela c’est cinq je sais pas sur quelle base et mettre les étoiles
