Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. El centro de Jiva es pequeño y puedes ir al hotel en cualquier momento. No tiene vistas al exterior, pero el patio es bonito y dormir en una madrasah tiene su encanto. Buen desayuno. Habitación cómoda y el lugar muy tranquilo

the worst receptionist ever I met
Pros:

Location is good but there are so many good location accommodations in the city wall

Cons:

Very bad staff performance
Not properly trained as hotel staff
too impolite to reject guests reasonable request
I have never met such a rude receptionist duty on Oct 25 to 26
who did not answer my call from outside and rejected to replace not working portable safety box in my room with other one in order by just saying this was only one safety box in the hotel ,which was apparently lie

Please choose other hotels
This accommodation is cheap and of course there reasons for the pricing

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend für kleines Geld
Pros:

Einfaches ,ausreichendes Frühstück.
Zimmer ausgehend von herrlichem Innenhof, sehr, sehr schön . Schon der erste Eindruck einfach fantastisch.
Kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit schönem Bad.
Leselampe ! Find ich immer wichtig.

Cons:

Gepäckaufbewahrung ziemlich offen, ich hoffe es war niemand an meinem Rucksack.

Pros:

It is located in Itchan Kala, so the access to all the historic sites was very convenient. It was a nice experience to stay in a Madrasa! Nothing fancy, but the atmosphere was very nice. There is a large terrace area where you could relax when you get tired of sight-seeing. Staffs were nice and attentive, willing to help - when it's needed, they used the translation app to communicate. I had to leave early to take a plane, so I asked for a taxi, and not only they arranged the driver, but also they packed the breakfast to go! I really appreciated their warm hospitality!
