Authentic stay in great location
Pros:

Really authentic stay in a old Madrasah. Best breakfast buffet I had during my time in Uzbekistan and they even allowed me to have breakfast on the first day when I arrived super early in the morning without additional costs. Also the only properly working shower during my stay in UZ. Great location anyway.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Sleeping in a madrasa is a great experience. The position of the hotel is great, in the very heart of Khiva.
Rooms are simple but nice and clean, and the bathroom is spacious and with a good bathtub that works also as shower.
The breakfast in the madrasa courtyard is various.

Un'esperienza davvero bellissima! Soggiornare all'interno di una madrasa storica rende questo hotel particolarmente affascinante e suggestivo. L'atmosfera è unica e permette di immergersi completamente nella storia e nella magia di Khiva. Una sistemazione originale e ricca di carattere, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Assolutamente consigliato!

A great stay in an old madrasah
Pros:

In the center of the old town, minutes walk to all tourist places and restaurants, but inside very quiet. We loved the feeling of staying in such a famous traditional madrasah. The room is reasonable size (you can still walk around even with a large size suitcase opened). Although the room windows are small (to preserve the original style), there is no bad smell at all. The WiFi works smoothly. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is also nice.

Cons:

It’s not something to improve, but be aware of your head when entering the door, as the doors of madrasah are lower than normal.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Historische Gebäude mit einem tollen Innenhof. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Bett ist ziemlich hart, da kein Lattenrost.

本当に素晴らしい。歴史の中に身を置ける、贅沢な空間でした。スタッフか部屋まで荷物を運んでくれました。

Cons:

バスルームの扉が閉まりにくい。そんなに使ってないのにシャワーが途中から水になった。でも歴史的価値を考えたら、大したことではない。

Good experience if you want to sense the history in the heart of Khiva
Pros:

Location very central - close and walking-friendly to all attractions. Sense of history. We have booked a private day tour to the kalas through the hotel and the driver is superb. Nice restaurant with courtyard view.

Cons:

Cleanliness is questionable. We got one light switch with sticky mark on it and it's also malfunctioned. Overall the room is not very suitable for tall people.

タイムスリップして神学生になる？
Pros:

街の中心部に有り、どこに行くにも便利でした。
中庭に寝椅子がいくつか置いてあるので、歩き疲れるとホテルに戻って一休みして、また、出かけていました。またホテル自体が神学校を改築したもので、趣があって良かったです。建物を観るのが好きなので由緒ある建物に宿泊出来て感激しました。ホテル以外の部分は有名な観光スポットで多くの観光客が集まっていましたが、中庭はとても静かでした。
朝食は果物が沢山あって美味しかったです。
昔は神学生が寝泊まりしていたのかと思うと、自分自身が神学生になったような気分でした。

Cons:

湯沸かしポットがなかったのが、残念でした。
お風呂のお湯が十分出ませんでした。

Excellent!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Our room was comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The hotel as a whole was exceptionally clean and well cared for.

Breakfast was fresh, and delicious, with a good selection.

The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
