Definitely go there when you land in Cebu!
Pros:

After a long flight it felt very safe & nice to stay in the flat. Restaurants where very close and I would recommend the apartment. The bed was solid, communication with the owner smoth. There was a swimming pool as well. Just perfect for the start when you land in Cebu.

Nothing, all good :)

Highly recommended that you stay here!
Pros:

Everything was very clean. Cleaning materials were supplied. Everything needed to cook was supplied. The WiFi was fine and it was easy to connect our devices. The building staff were very friendly. The owners of the property were very helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The location is great. Supermarkets and malls are not far away. Taxis and Grab drivers are always available and nearby.

Nice well equipped unit and great location.
Pros:

Great location, well equipped unit. They allowed me to leave my luggage in the room early with the cleaner as the room wasn’t ready which was a great help and relief.

Cons:

The unit is quite small. Weren’t a problem for me as I stayed one night and alone.

Great apartment, good location
Pros:

Modern and well equipped apartment! The location is great to get something to eat and go shopping in walking distance. For everything else you can take a taxi and it won’t take long to get to the sights (depending on traffic of course)

Cons:

Just as a remark: We had trouble opening our suitcases because of the limited space on the floor, the couch was not necessary for us, would have rather used this space for our luggage. It is a pity that the cleaning does not take care of water stains, it makes it seem less clean and new.
