Scarafaggi in ogni dove
Pros:

La prontezza della proprietaria nel acconsentire al rimborso.

Cons:

L’appartamento era infestato da scarafaggi, più o meno un centinaio ovunque in tutta la casa. Siamo scappati dopo 10 minuti e chiesto il rimborso.

Odporúčam super apartmán
Pros:

Mali sme izbu na 48 poschodí, zo super výhľadom na mesto . Apartmán je dobre vybavený , nič nám nechýbalo. Posteľ bola mäkká, spalo sa nám veľmi dobre . Všetko bolo čisté.

Cons:

Klimatizácia fúka veľmi na posteľ.
Registrácia na recepcií išla trochu ťažšie, Pani nám zabudla poslať papiere s ktorým sme sa mali prihlásiť na recepcií. Ale cca do pól hodinky sme to vybavili .

Good accomodation and location for a lone traveller or a couple
Pros:

Good location for shopping in Makati
Good food options on site
Fairly convenient location to get a taxi to amusement park star city

Cons:

Guard prevented us from using the table tennis and pool table facilities, she said we needed permission from the condo owner, which seemed a bit unusual.
Doubling the price for swimming pool usage on public holidays is irritating

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY – a complete waste of time, energy, and money.
Pros:

I couldn’t like anything, since the owner decided to overbook the property.

Cons:

We booked this accommodation three weeks before our arrival. Once there, we were faced with a one-hour wait just to reach the receptionist (roughly one receptionist for 200 people).

When it was finally our turn, the receptionist asked us to step aside, saying there was an issue and that we needed to contact the apartment owner (for context: she owns around ten apartments in this hotel). We tried calling her repeatedly for nearly 30 minutes — no answer, no call back.

At this point, it was obvious there was a problem and that the receptionist was not being fully transparent. He had the apartment keys but refused to give them to us until we had spoken to the owner by phone, despite the fact that we had a valid Booking reservation.

We also tried contacting Booking by phone and via the in-app chat — again, no response. After waiting for almost another hour, I spoke with another guest who told me that this owner frequently resorts to overbooking or misleading listings, and that waiting was pointless — we should find another hotel for the night.

I understandably confronted the receptionist, who is also complicit, since everyone is aware of the owner’s practices and yet nothing is done.

With no help from Booking, we had no choice but to book another hotel for €90 per night — extremely expensive for Manila, but it was a last-minute booking and there were no alternatives.

Conclusion: stress, frustration, tears — after a 20-hour flight, it was a perfect nightmare. Booking refunded the overbooked night (€30), but not the €90 we had to pay elsewhere (of course), claiming they could do nothing more.

Many guests complain about this owner, yet Booking takes no action and ends up being complicit.
In short: avoid this property at all costs — and seriously question Booking as well.
