Nice hotel for a stopover to Manali and beyond
Pros:

Clean rooms
Reasonable size.
Good food.
Hit water 24 hours

Cons:

Bathroom water drainage had issues.
And the lift stopped working after we checked in. But they carried the luggage down for us.

More flexible booking options for changed travel plans?
Pros:

Excellent features. Crispy chopsuey at the restaurant was good. The best we had in a long time. Evening crowd mostly youngsters. Nice change for us but May be off putting for them

Cons:

I needed to Change reservation and extend by a day. At check in I informed the manager. He said no issues what so ever. After rest we came down and the staff on duty insisted that I had to book again and booking com would not give us a booking. He said he would check in directly next morning which I did not understand why he couldn’t reassure us sr ctzns by doing it immediately instead of tomorrow. Worried about it we left the hotel the next morning. They lost on one day. A little out of the way of mandi. Hard to find transport in or out.

It was OK
Pros:

The address given was not correct, we can do a better job on clarifying the location so it is eaier to find , it is before Mandi city and was hard to find

Cons:

Cleanliness , the bed sheet could have been clean, , there were no towels in the rooma and when asked the one that came were wet/damp , also for one of the room it took the attendant long to even open it

Hotel mandi heights
Pros:

Good location to stay overnight on way to Manali

Cons:

Wrong location on google maps , couldn’t find so had stay in alternate property .

Although it’s on main road right opposite petrol
Pump , which we saw later but google maps took us elsewhere so faced lot of problem .
