Good location but extremely dirty - with ants!
Pros:

The location was very good. The furnishings were sparse but ok. But the place was very dirty - the floors, the bathroom, the shower in particular. And there were lots snd lots of very tiny ants everywhere. No food was left out so there was no specific reason for the ants to be on tables, kitchen, and bathroom counters. I spoke with a man who came by to see how everything was going. I told him
About had ants and he returned and handed me a large can of Raid insect spray. The overall place was grimly -,light switches, door handles, walls, curtains, especially the floor on the bathroom and shower. The plastic strip on the bottom of the shower door was half way off and moldy. The balcony space was filthy - the floor, the furniture, the window sills and the top of the wall overlooking the street. The place needs and entire major deep cleaning.
