Worst experienc. Dirty hotel.

Nothing.

Cons:

This hotel is not worth of staying completely bad property. Rooms were dirty. Bedsit, pullover were not replaced and washed there were stains and hairs. Towels and Bathroom is dirty. Not at all recommend. Photos on booking.Com and reality totally different. Booking.com should remove this property.

Pros:

No breakfast was offered.The room was very small(10’x10’)and felt like a pigeon hole.Bathroom too was small and not very clean.There was no wardrobe in the room.Inspite of granting permission to check in post midnight I was called several times that they will cancel the booking.I had to plead with them to not cancel the booking.Overall not a pleasant experience staying in the hotel.

Cons:

Everything needs improvement.Other than the location there is nothing good about the place.will not recommend it to anyone.Booking.com should have a mechanism to approve a property before loading it on to their booking platform.

We arrived after a long journey to be told they didn't have a record of our booking, despite us having a confirmation email from Booking.com. There was a person in the entrance area who didn't speak English, he called the owner and when we tried to explain, she hung up. Not good customer relations

Do not book the hotel if you can spend this amount can get better hotel and staff. this hotel is the worst one in our 7

Location thts it. remaining everything is worst and dirty.

Cons:

totally not value for money. they just have AC in room other thn tht no mirror or anything in bathroom, TV they mentioned but it does not work. they have o staff except a person at the reception ,good for nothing. also they take extra amount for early check in. already the rooms are not at all worth for the money.
