Everything about this condo was great. Location, view,spacious, beach, pier, food options. It was last minute that I booked it and it was best decision. Definitely will be going back again. The owners were so accommodating, respectfull, responsive and understanding.

The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view.
We had booked through booking.com and then registered through the link provided by the owner of the condo that we stayed in. Copies of all our receipts were in hand. The youngest lady at the staff desk took 1 look at my paperwork and brushed it aside and said they had no record of us...was very rude. I called my credit card company and yes the payment had gone through as stated in my paperwork. Had registered at home with the link provided by the condo owner and filled out with all info for tisewater parking...did this 3 x before site would allow me to click submit; but when we got there no record. Had to reregister on a pad in the lobby which froze up. The sarcastic young lady at the desk informed me no on else had problems with it...did not even leave desk to look at the problem. Thankfully the older lady at the desk came over to assist me and she could not get it to work.She was very kind and helped us get completed...I was exhausted from 8 hrs on road and have only good things to say about all the staff at Tidwewater Except for the rude no people skills young lady who should never be allowed to work with the public. In all my years of booking hotels and traveling all over the USA and many foreign counties, I have never encountered a problem like that at Tidewater and will not be back.
Unit was not very clean, Master bed looked like it had been slept in prior to our arrival.

We had seaweed, but that was out of anyone's control.
condo was nice and in a convenient spot
elevators are HORRIBLE
We never used the restaurant. To pricey. The amenities were not what I expected.
