Waterview Condo- Spacious 2 bedroom - Central - Steps to Beach

The only issue that I have are 2 things. 1. The pier next to the canal need to be a little more safer by placing netting or some barrier so no will accidentally fall in especially when you have little children on your property. And 2. Your sheets need to be more cleaner.

We didn't get any of the amenities because it was an airbnb inside of the Hilton.
Parking showed $20 a night in booking.com. We arrived onsite it was valet only and $55+ tax a night. You also had to pay for the total upfront or it would lock your room card every night because of a "balance" on the room. The hotel is literally next to a business road which was also a draw bridge. It had a school bell sound that goes off every time it was in use. So at 2 in the morning it wasn't very good. The unit bathrooms would periodically have a very strong order of marijuana. The balcony also had a mostly smoke joint on it. Breakfast was available but we had to purchase because we were told by the hotel staff that we were basically non existent because the suites are ran by offsite management. We couldn't even get towels or tissue from the hotel. We had to message the manager through the booking app and request towels. Out of 5 nights we got towels and 2 rolls of tissue once. We had to use the laundry facilities because we had 7 people there and very limited towels. We had beach days and pool days not to mention showers. It was an absolute disaster. The dryers were terrible and had to be used several times. Also it's $3 each for the washer and dryer. We had to buy tissue from the Publix and we were instructed by the app to use pool towels if we needed towels. Which are the hotels towels which we didn't technically qualify to use because we had the suite which was it's own entity. Felt like we were stealing towels. It was about a half mile or more to the beach not steps as advertised.

The cleanliness of the unit, specifically the kitchen and the closets.

The floors were not clean. If you happen to be in socks they were very dirty quickly.

We had 6 people, we cooked both days and it was doable but a challenge. Two burners and a few pots (mainly small ones) knives aren’t great either. Fridge is not a full size one. Washer and dryer are not in room, they are used by all hotel guests.

The unit was not cleaned well. Obvious dust and dirt. The couch cushions were dirty!! Obvious stains where you sit. The decorative pillows disgusting very dirty and dingy. I hated the fact that the only extra comforter for the couch bed was in the bedroom closet folded on the floor along with a broke and other non related bedroom items. It was like a junk closet with a blanket and pillows. The 2nd bedroom sink handle was broken and kept falling old when you turned on the water. If you used the other handle the broken one would leak all over the counter. There wasn’t even enough towels just for accommodating 8 people so we had to constant grab towels from the pole which was an inconvenience. If you are going to rent it out furniture should lookbe cleaned regularly. Paint obvious areas where paint is chipped so it looks presentable. There was no remote in the master bedroom so not being able to watch tv to relax in bed was disappointing. What would have been great customer service could have been to have a universal remote delivered so we could have programmed it ourselves if you were not available.

The condo was rundown, needed painting, the balcony was moldy and the floors were dirty. Our white socks turned black after walking around the condo. Also, we were under the impression it had a full size kitchen, but the fridge was half size, and there was no oven.

I didn’t like that I had to go buy a roll of paper towels and also the place wasn’t very clean. It seemed like someone had done the very minimum of cleaning and not taking the time to clean everywhere. I found dirty dishes I had to wash inside the toaster oven. There was no laundry basket for dirty laundry in as well. Overall, the place needs a very deep cleaning to make it spacious.

Hot tub was about 60 degrees. Repeatedly told the front desk about the hot tub, but they never fixed it
