1. Localização muito boa. Muito próxima ao aeroporto de Congonhas e em rua tranquila. 2. Equipe muito simpatica, educada e eficiente. 3. Quarto com bom tamanho e boa mobília. 4. Prédio seguro.

Cons:

01. O quarto tinha um cheiro não muito agradável, mas não foi possível a identificação da fonte. É provável que viesse da mobília de madeira. 02. Os travesseiros disponíveis tanto na cama de casal como na cama de solteiro eram muito espessos ("altos") e foram desconfortáveis. Fica a sugestão para a avaliação das possíveis fontes do cheiro e a disposnibilização de travesseiros mais baixos/finos no quarto, além dos já existentes.

The property is really good!
Beds are comfortable, toilet shower is good, but what standee out for me was the staff, they were really friendly and helpful!
The room and bed sheets are clean.

Cons:

I booked the property for 3 people and there was only 2 shower towels. I asked the cleaning staff and she said she was going to ask the superior, but she did not bring the third towel
Cleaning fee is high if I look back, unless if you are a person that uses everything in the room (dishes, cutlery’s).
