The property is really good!
Beds are comfortable, toilet shower is good, but what standee out for me was the staff, they were really friendly and helpful!
The room and bed sheets are clean.

Cons:

I booked the property for 3 people and there was only 2 shower towels. I asked the cleaning staff and she said she was going to ask the superior, but she did not bring the third towel
Cleaning fee is high if I look back, unless if you are a person that uses everything in the room (dishes, cutlery’s).

Localização e qualidade dos colchões.

Cons:

Paguei 100 reais por dia de limpeza e não tive as camas arrumadas decentemente, fiquei 4 dias com uma toalha suja embaixo do armário do banheiro e as demais não foram trocadas uma única vez. As colchas estavam com mau cheiro, manchadas e tive rinite alérgica todos os dias. As luminárias das cabeceiras das camas eram adaptadas e de péssima qualidade.

Já conheço o hotel e a localização que sempre me agrada e costumo frequentar devido às comunidades

Infelizmente nesta locação tivermos algumas intercorrências no estacionamento anotaram a placa errada do veículo o que causou uma certa confusão ao solicitar o veículo em relação ao quarto estava com sinais de não ter sido trocado a roupa de cama e o pior, infelizmente antes do horário do check out a camareira entrou no quarto e depois de dois minutos voltou a bater novamente para querer arrumar o quarto antes do horário do check-out O que foi extremamente desagradável..

Excelente custo benefício!
Pros:

Excelente localização. Quarto muito limpo, bem organizado. A facilidade de adquirir o café da manhã do hotel facilita muito. A localização é muito boa, próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas.

Cons:

Não tive nenhum ponto negativo durante minha estada.
