Cons:

Nothing that was given in the description of the room existed: the TV was broke with the cable and antenna hanging behind the broken screen, everything was dirty which meant I had to clean everything first that I wanted to use. There was not a single towel, no toilet paper, no hand sanitizer (?), no cleaning products (?), no slippers, nothing whatsoever in the "kitchen" except for some cutlery thrown into one of the drawers, no kettle, no microwave; it was supposed to be hypoallergenic, and you were supposed to have access to an "executive lounge". An add-on were ants in the bathroom.
The whole thing was called "Deluxe room with city view" - of course there was no view, and I wouldn't have wanted to see what an "ordinary" room would have looked like.
I was really happy there was no meal option with this room.
It was the only really terrible accommodation we had during our 3 weeks' trip through Saudi Arabia, all the other hotels were really good or exceptionally good...

Overall nice - they can improve 25 to 30 percent easily and that will make them much better.

It nice, but not hotel standard. It was more like a furnished apartment standard place.
