Cons:

The location is very bad. Staff is not helpful. Same breakfast every day, tasteless and limited variety. Fab hotels management is worst. I had booking problems and fab customer care was not supportive. When you book from booking.com fab hotel will call you and manage your booking. Do not ever go with fab hotels. I had worst experience. They do not refund also. Hotel is also below average. Better to avoid.

Room was clean and the hallway smelled nice. Made me remember kolkata because of the nice scented oil diffusers kept in the hallway. Room was good and the beds were comfy.

The photos and ratings on websites are misleading.

We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in as the hotel and the rooms were very dirty, full of mosquitos, dirty old mattress, dirty walls, shady corridors, rude staff, constant smell of smoking. It felt very unsafe for couple.Booking.com did nothing to help me here. I need my money back!!

Poor cleanliness. Bedsheet, Blanket and pillow cover are not hygienic, they didn't change or wash regularly. Stains are there on bedsheet, pillow cover. Seems washroom was also not cleaning as my hairs and dirts were logging in the conner.

Was altogether a Ok stay,, Better rooms and good service can be availed at cheaper rate.

Room were ok, but service wasn't due to staff shortage, even the linen were provided in morning, room floor were even not cleaned properly.
