The room, the bath, the Staff, the location, the inside.
The outside, waited for the room even we were delayed because no electricity(should have given a small deduction) the breakfast (not tasty, old milk and ham, very poor diversity), for the price of 88€ per night.....to much for what has been offered. Horrible view.

Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal centro è tutto facilmente raggiungibile.
Nelle stanze c’è tutto l’essenziale per un soggiorno confortevole. Stanza molto pulita, cambio asciugamani e pulizia quotidiana, aria condizionata funzionante. Staff molto gentile, tutti disponibili e attenti. Per la colazione, conoscendo la mia intolleranza, hanno provveduto a procurare prodotti senza lattosio solo per me, attenzione molto apprezzata. Organizzano per i clienti anche lo spostamento per l’aeroporto con prezzi onestissimi.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Clean, spotless, modern and elegant. It exceeded all my expectations. The staff was very helpful in providing information and having take out breakfast ready for me at 5 am! Talking about breakfast, it was amazing! This was my first trip to Albania so I didn't know what to expect but this hotel made the stay so pleasant that I extended my stay by one day. The location was great; I could easily walk to all the places that one would like to visit. I travel frequently, having visited 80 countries. This hotel will stand out as one of the most pleasant experiences.

el edredón tenia guna mancha y al limpiar la habitación no retiraron una taza sucia de café ni repusieron de nuevo el agua
The room was nice and comfortable, with very comfy bed and good air conditioning. Great shower pressure and Netflix made everything extra comfy. Location was very close to everything but the street is quiet. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
Some of the pillows were just too big to use, but that is just a preference. There were very few hooks to hang things and also shower self would have been useful. After shower water was everywhere which is a bit inconvenient.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse, trotzdem war es nachts laut von draussen. Schlecht isolierte Fenster.
Tres bel hôtel refait à neuf. Literie très confortable. Excellent petit-déjeuner et fait maison. Emplacement en plein centre tout en étant au calme. Personnel très agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was super clean and looked newly renovated. Breakfast was delicious, with both à la carte options and a small buffet, so there was something for everyone. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. There’s no parking at the hotel, but since it’s right near the city center, it honestly wasn’t a problem. We’d definitely come back!
The location was excellent, close to the main attractions. Lots of diverse dining options nearby. The hotel looks very luxurious. The rooms were nice, clean, and in addition to a shower there was also a bathtub. There was the option to watch Netflix and other streaming platforms. The room cleaning was exceptional.
The hotel has no parking available, and it's practically impossible to find a parking spot on the nearby streets. Using streaming platforms is possible in theory, but in the evening, when all guests are back at the hotel and watching movies or online at the same time, internet use/movie watching becomes impossible, even though they advertise themselves as a hotel with ultra-fast internet. Breakfast is the same every morning with a very small selection.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre où l’on retrouve tous les restaurants, bars, et activités principales. Le personnel a été particulièrement gentil et attentionné avec nous, que ce soit les personnes à la réception ou encore au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons toujours été très bien accueillies matin et soir. Les chambres sont très propres et fonctionnelles, les serviettes changées tous les jours, nous n’avons rien eu à redire.
