Cons:

Für 5 Sterne Unterkunft war das Frühstück eher bescheiden. Aus der Menükarte wird ein Gericht ausgewählt. In unserem Fall gab es Granola mit frischen Früchten. Diese bestanden aus einer halben, in Scheiben geschnittenen Erdbeere. Sonst farbiger Syrup.

O local é excepcional em todas os quesitos, desde a instalação, comida, cordialidade... Eu tive uma experiência maravilhosa. O meu quarto era magnífico, os recepcionistas sempre atenciosos.

Cons:

Um adendo apenas. Houve uma cobrança errônea sobre uma bebida, tanto é que depois que vi no quarto a notinha e identifiquei voltei e falei sobre, porém tudo certo pra mim.

Quite location in a safe neighborhood. Friendly staff, nice room/TV and good price / value ratio. Highly recommend!

Bonne étape après ou avant un vol international

Bien sécurisé ( quartier avec gardien à l’entrée, caméra de surveillance , clôture électrique)

Cons:

Manque un peu de finition : vitres de la chambre non nettoyées , finition des peintures déborde un peu , un miroir pour se voir en entier serait bienvenu.
Nous avions réservé, pensant, pouvoir utiliser l’espace jacuzzi , mais on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible, ce n’était pas en fonction…. Donc grosse déception , de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la détente avant le retour en avion.
Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, l’un d’eux est venu nous réclamer du pourboire, alors que nous n’avions pas encore fini notre repas prétextant qu’il fallait qu’elle rentre chez lui et qu’il avait besoin d’argent … Dans ce cas, logiquement on demande une avance à son patron , et on apprend à ne pas avoir ce genre d’attitude envers les clients c’est un manque de professionnalisme ( d’autant plus que nous lui avions donné déjà du pourboire pour avoir amené nos bagages jusqu’à la chambre) . J’espère que les patrons donnent un salaire suffisant à leurs employés , et que ce n’est pas un manque de leur part qui amène leurs employés à mendier de l’argent auprès des clients.

Great stay to start our South African adventure - relaxed and restful
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Felt safe and the rooms/beds were so comfy - excellent night’s sleep. Shout out to the tortoise on site too!
