Fantastic as always
Pros:

Amazing as always
The option to have: breakfast, lunch and dinner without having to leave the premises is a huge plus.
The space is massive and so allows you time out the room where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whilst feeling safe.

A friendly guest house with generously sized room.
Pros:

The staff are the stars of the show. The staff are the hero’s of this establishment because they corrected the situation when I was issued an awful smelling room, by acknowledging the issue and changing my room.

The location was perfect for my needs.

Cons:

Even though it’s positioned as a luxury option, I don’t think it is. Yes, the space is generous, but there’s a lack of attention to the details that could truly make a place luxurious. I could mention so many examples.

Two that I will mention: the first room I was given had an awful unsanitary smell. I had a heavy cold and could still smell it!

The second is my experience with the bathroom facilities and amenities. The toilet had a flushing problem, it wouldn’t stop. The towels were weirdly not ironed; they looked used and crumpled though they appeared clean. Lastly, there was no hot water on my second morning. None at all.

Le service pas a la hauteur surtout quand tout le monde doit faire tous les postes ...rien n'est vraiment a la hauteur...
Serveur pour le dîner complètement perdu...
Note qu'on est obligé de payer a la fin du dîner au lieu de le mettre sur la note de la chambre comme dans chaque hotel...
Depart a 10h du matin un peu tôt...
Et le clou du spectacle se faire réveiller à 22h30 par tout les moyens pour des feus de voiture allumé alors que ce n'était meme pas la notre...

It was like I’m in dreamland, my friends even said they’re bringing their partners there for a romantic getaway

Cons:

The jacuzzi was not working, but they comforted us with a steam room and a sona. It was worth it…
