The hotel was very comfortable in all aspects-including a big tv set with netflix and Disney available. The bonus was the spa-package, with a 90 minute full body massage - it was excellent value!
There were some kitchen smells in the room during dinner time.

Les services spa et esthétiques sont super et très bon rapport qualité prix egalement tout comme l’hôtel globalement . Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et souriant. C’est très agréable !
La climatisation chauffage de notre chambre était en panne et ce jour là il faisait affreusement froid 3 degrés . Nous avons eu un petit chauffage d’appoint mais insuffisant pour réellement nous réchauffer.

A real home from home stay. So nice to have spa facilities in-house too - the massage was excellent! The communications from the team is super efficient (asking the night before what you want for breakfast via WhatsApp and what time), and if there's anything you need. The breakfast was delicious! Comfy beds, nice and warm (air con converts into a heater), everything has a 'luxury' feel. Lovely friendly and helpful staff - always a pleasure to stay at Villa Reis!

More room to clean
Ótimo conforto e atendimento muito bom. O café da manhã deve ser escolhido todos os dias e não possui buffet. O lugar possui poucos quartos o que garante uma boa privacidade e silêncio. A localização é bastante segura, pois fica dentro de uma rua com segurança local.
A hospedagem não é hotel. O café da manhã disponível precisa ser escolhido no dia anterior e a localização é bastante afastada do aeroporto e do centro de Joanesburgo. A chave do portão para entrada fica com o hóspede, sendo possível perdê-la durante os passeios.
